Red Mango, Garden City NY

Even 0 star is too much for them. 5 x is what I want to give. I could tell the lady at the counter doesn't want to work at all. Very rude. Tastes good but this is not the only place you can find and she is not the one who make them.

Bought tropical berries on chocolate hazelnut paste. The paste is full of dark brown liquid that looks like chocolate liquid but tastes like plain water. Is this the way to dilute chocolate paste to save cost? It tasted horrible and I had to throw away this mixed "chocolate hazelnut paste".

The people who work here are absolutely horrible. I was so excited to have red mango because I haven’t had it in years and they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. I decided to get an Acai bowl instead. It was SOUP! I said something to the staff and they sat there and looked at me like I was insane. It was so soupy that I tilted the cup when I was looking at it and it spilt all over my brand new sneakers. NEVER AGAIN. I want my money back.

This was the worst customer service and Fro Yo experience I’ve ever had!

When I asked questions about the flavors, the cashier said he has not tried them and he was not able to answer my questions. I ended up getting something that did not even taste good because the people working there couldn’t help me.

We were figuring a few things out so it took us a little bit, but one of the workers pulled the frozen yogurt while we were still figuring things out. By the time we finished paying and putting toppings on it, the frozen yogurt melted. We went back to the counter immediately and showed them that our frozen yogurt was basically just soup now and the girl started arguing with us!

I gave 2 stars because she eventually stopped arguing and gave us a bit more frozen yogurt. I will never be going to Red Mango again. The frozen yogurt is watery and the customer service is terrible.

I am extremely disappointed with the service! The employee was totally unprofessional and got very rude when we got upset with her attitude If owner are reading this they definitely need to train your staff how to treat the customers from different diversity Very bad experience Instead of apologizing she was talking in her language with fellow employee

I’ll put zero star if I can! I love red mango but I’ll never come to this store again!

The staff ordered wrong one and refused to correct their own mistake! The attitude of the women there was so rude, she didn’t wear mask and speak towards the bowl, chatting with others for so long instead of doing her job!

I can see why this place got low reviews, the staff is pretty slow with moving the line, took 10 mins to help 2 people in front of me before i could place my order, communication isn’t very good, lots of patrons arguing with the staff over what was ordered or what the food should look like, again lots of waiting, should really be more efficient for a mall location with lots of customers

You guys really need to learn how to pick employees for your store! I asked the Indian lady working for a sample she got angry and said no! Then when I went to put in my credit card she yelled at me and told me not to remove it which I wasn’t. Then she yelled at me again to remove it. She’s lucky I didn’t cause a scene.

Moved as slow as molasses! There were 4 ladies behind the counter and 2 customers being helped. After standing there for about 10 minutes, I left!

This is my second time ordering this week (pregnancy craving) and both times, they give so little: (and this time, she didn't even top off the top swirl with a topping. I asked for the Gummy bears on the side and of course she stuck those right in the middle. Small swirl of frozen yogurt, with 3 layers of dry ingredient! One more tiny small swirl and that's it, $8 parfait. Boo.

They have limited flavors of frozen yogurt but they do let you sample.
Their toppings are pretty fresh and yummy to add to your cup. They have fixed prices unlike other red mangos who weigh customers choosing.

At first the service was really great even the food was delicious, Now theres some new female and every time i go there unfortunately she’s there she never leaves my food the right consistency (power bowls) or is missing something or adds something that i didn’t say to add. I go here at-least 3 times a week but now i have to find a new place where they now how to make them good and don’t mess my order up.

Toppings are so expensive just get one and they give you just as much as when u get 5 toppings. Why doesnt red mango have a red mango flavor though?

Great portion sizes, and delicious frozen yogurt with a great consistency all the time. Will go here again!

Just went there, stood by the counter for 5 mins and no workers in sight. The workers are constantly rude and always mess up the drinks. I went across the hall to jamba juice and had a great experience. I am going there from now on.
