Finn is awesome! Love the selection of toppings! Would love it even more if they added mochi!

They don’t always have the ingredients available to complete your açaí bowl. They did not have blueberries or strawberries. Although near closing time (11: 20pm -40 minutes remaining), they can be in a rush and not the friendliest. Which in my opinion, if the store chooses to be open until midnight, it’s no excuse to be unpleasant or to have missing an essential açaí bowl ingredient, like blueberries. Blueberries are so common, why would it be not available? The response they gave in person and for this review clearly shows how little they appreciate a customer’s opinion and patronage. It also comes up to $13 for a very average size bowl and all your desired ingredients may not be available. I also noticed the door entrance was wide open with exposed food and flies, knocked over condiment bottles, etc.so it probably was best it didn’t work out.

Do you know why Red Mango stop offering the option to sample the flavors?

This was my 1st time at this location and also very different from all that I've been to. This place had outside seating only being that it's very tiny. But the folks in the register are very cool and extremely considerate. I will be going back again

I had a negative experience at Red Mango. I was sitting outside, trying to place an online order through their website when an employee approached me after just 2 minutes and said the chair was reserved for a customer. The area was not crowded, and there were plenty of available chairs. The employee's rudeness bothered me, and I couldn't help but think about how someone who might be sick or tired could have felt in that situation. As a result, I don't feel inclined to recommend the Red Mango location in Forest Hills. (July 31,2023 12: 28pm) no Red Mango Forest Hill

Staff are super nice on weekends (I don’t know about weekdays I’ve never really gone on the weekdays)

As great as twirls and swirls! This was my favorite frozen yogurt place to go to with my mom back when we lived in queens! I have no issues with the place at all, which is why I consider it great! Definitely should go here if you live in queens! The staff is nice there and the frozen yogurt is delicious.

I liked this place before, now I love it! My pre and post work out destination. They have added multiple boost options, and it’s so convenient to have a healthy and nutritious smoothie after a work out next to the gym.
Outside seating is a big plus.

I love it here! The yogurt is always yummy and the brownie, cookie dough, and cheesecake bites are AMAZING. Service is always excellent and I’m always welcomed with a smile.

Such a great kosher yourgut spot. The children love it. The staff was so patient and helpful. Everyone enjoyed and complimented about the great choice I made going to Red Mango in Forest Hills.

I was there yesterday with my friends from out of town and my friend wanted to try a sample of the froyo because he never had it before, the guy took a small sample gave it to my friend then took another sample for himself and charged us for it.then he stood In front of us and ate it.then lied to us about charging us for the sample. I will not be recommending this place to anyone! We were there @ about 2: 30pm. DISGUSTING.

Most unfriendly staff. Order online thru their app; a total waste of time. Waited 10min to get my drink.

02/01/2023: I was almost killed outside this location at 7: 30PM last Tuesday night. At the direction of the police, I have spoken with employees, the manager, and have left my phone number several times for the owners. No call back. Where are the owners? How many messages do I need to leave?

02/02/2023: UPDATE: So, after leaving this one-star review, at 6: 14PM this evening I get a call from someone who claims to be the "Manager" of the store. He won't give me his name, and instead of being concerned about my near-death experience, he complains that my one-star review will hurt his business. He refuses to help me obtain security camera footage from his cameras. Earlier today, the corporate office of Red Mango reached out to me. They are taking my situation with appropriate seriousness. As for this "Manager, " most likely an owner Yuriy or Roman, I hope they lose their franchise. I will fight them to the death. After all, I was the one who was almost killed!

02/02/2023: UPDATE: At 7: 54PM this evening, I received a text from Yuriy, the owner, as follows: "Joe - that was extremely disrespectful from you to sound off, be rude, arrogant and hang up the phone. If that’s your behavior toward me and the Red Mango business, then, I apologize but I cannot help you and I will speak to my attorneys about filing a defamation case against you for your reviews, which are damaging to our business and personal reputation. They exhibit libel and slander and are not relative to our business whatsoever. Please don’t hope or wish our business bad. I would hate to have judgments on you personally. Unfortunately, without taking down those hateful and false reviews, I will not be sending any footage without a court order or subpoena. Despite this, I am happy that you survived. All the best sir. " How's that for threatening and harassing the victim? My reply: "The reviews are honest and will not be pulled down except after receiving the footage and speaking with corporate. You have not provided any assistance and I doubt your survival statement is real. There is no libel or slander in the truth. Goodnight. "

Delicious smoothie bowls and super filling. Service was great. They have plenty of options for smoothie bowls with various bases like açaí. Highly recommend.
