Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Rochester NY

First time in a long time visiting this restaurant…Bacon cheeseburger and fries were really good ; food was prepared quickly; great family atmosphere;

We took our granddaughter to lunch as promised for her birthday. We were sat down quickly. Waitress was slow in coming but very friendly. She took our orders and we waited. Waitress dropped napkins off but no silverware. We asked for some but they were “out of clean ones” so he dropped off plastic forks. Out of clean knives, but he managed to find “the last one”. Orders came and my husbands FFs were cold so he ordered new ones, then his burger was wrong…didn’t order mayo…. Another came, it was correct. Two more orders of FFs arrived which we did not take. As I looked around, we were not the only table that didn’t have silverware or order complaints. Not at all the experience we thought we’d treat our granddaughter to for a promised birthday lunch.

Missing items in to go order, they only gave partial refund for one item and a dollar off for the other item, I even gave them a tip. Maybe I'll take my tip back. Won't be going back there again.
Well, I went back, I can't deny the food is good, missing items AGAIN, had to ask for the extra tartar sauce that was part of the order AND the fish sandwich did not come with the coleslaw like it was suppose to. Poor attention to details, food is good.

Worst service ever! Never received my second glass of wine that I ordered and what a joke never received our refill order of fries! I will never return

The food itself was good. Service from our server Tina was great.

However, big problem was the manager (I believe he was the manager as he was older, not in uniform, and was telling other people what to do) dropped one of the children's placemats/menus on the floor, then stepped on the middle of it trying to pick it up and then put it with the other menus and tried to send us off to our table for one of my kids to eat off his footprint.

When I asked for one that hadn't been stepped on he tried to joke "you don't like my stamp of approval. " No, I did not.

After that, like I said, everything was delightful. Server was top notch, food came out right and relatively quickly considering it was a busy Saturday night. Someone really needs to sit that manager down though and go over some basic sanitation guidelines with him though.

Never been to a Red Robin but definitely enjoyed the food. Don't know if I'd necessarily crave it, per se, but I don't think I'd reject the suggestion of hitting it up for a burger and fries.

I feel like this is one of the last chain restaurants that still has its quality intact. We went this past Monday 10/2 at dinner time. It was the first day of a new menu according to our very polite server, so they were just getting used to the additions. This didn't effect the quality of the meal at all and everything was as expected/lovely. Can't remember the waiter's name, a young man with just above shoulder length hair, but he was great.
The hostess was polite when we arrived and our kids loved the visit.

We went late, and my chips I ordered tasted very greasy like they had them made them earlier and stuck them back in the grease to heat them up. They did give me other options to replace.

Food was cold delivered quickly after ordering. Unlimited fries were cold.leaving half the meal unwanted. The burgers were delicious as normal! The manager kept doing employee interviews at the table adjacent to us, instead of in private. Not sure I'll go here again, although I've been here dozens of times, just has a bad feel about it now.

Royal Red Robin Burger.dressed out with onion, lettuce, & tomato, mayo and topped with a sunny side up egg. Heart stopper maybe, but always good. With bottomless steak fries. Yummmm.

I really enjoyed my peach milkshake, steamed broccoli, and all my other food for my birthday that cousin treated me on.what a memory I will never forget,
its worth every dollar. I will be back I will try ordering from app next time to get my reward points.

Definitely great food but was a little greasy a smaller red Robin's the tables still were a little dirty where they placed us and it was freezing in there but the service was decent and quick

My girlfriend and I went out for burgers and this was one of the first times we had a bad experience anywhere. Our waitress was nice, but inattentive. We were there for maybe an hour and a half and never offered a refill on anything. We ordered their Long Island Iced Teas and they tasted like pure tea. Which is ironic because LIITs don’t even have iced tea in them. We gently complained and received a worse drink with no alcohol at all in it. We were so disappointed and upset, we left early and didn’t even finish our meals. I hated my Blue Ribbon burger. Her food was fine, and I wish I had ordered a simple burger as well. There was way too many bleu cheese crumbles.

Can’t say we’ll be back

This restaurant is filthy and just disgusting. 2 time eating here 9/15/23 and last time. Chicken sandwich overcooked no time to send it back. Wasted money again at this location.
