Red Roof Inn Buffalo - Niagara Airport, Bowmansville NY

We were in town for the Blue October/ Goo Goo Dolls concert. 9/24/22. Made the reservation through Priceline. After the concert I was checking my credit card charges and I realized I had been charged twice for the room. They ran my card when we checked in for what I assumed was a damage deposit but somehow I was charged again for the room. So I went down to the front desk at about 12: 45 am on 9/25 to resolve the issue. I’m not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst. I figured they would blame Priceline and Priceline would blame them and it would be a mess to untangle. That couldn’t have been farther from the truth. Whoever the girl was who was working the front desk at that time looked into it and figured out the mistake and promptly agreed to refund the duplicate charge. She could not have handled it more professionally or courteously! I did not catch her name but I hope management sees this and knows what an excellent employee they have! I was so relieved that it didn’t end up being a hassle.

The rooms are clean. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong with them either for the value. Red Roof has always been consistent in my experience.

So glad everything ended on a positive note. Concert rocked too btw!

Clean Hotel! But noisy at night! Room are nice, beds are brick hard. My only complaints are the beds

Great price, staff was nice n pleasant, and the room was very good. All around good place to stay.

I don't normally leave reviews but I need to share this. For a budget hotel, this one was a good one. Yes the rooms and the overall look is out dated, but it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and although it's close to the airport, I did not hear the planes. I would definitely use this one again.

Always feels clean and safe. Desk staff is helpful. Parking lot is huge and moving van friendly. Food is relatively close. Without question, it's my favorite "I've been driving for hours and I need to sleep" overnight stay during my every few years cross country journey.

The rooms are clean but smells like cigarettes I called the lobby to have someone clean or spray something and the smell was still there, I found cigarettes ashes and I thought the room was smoke free.

Great clean place, amazing and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay to the Max. Will definitely stay here if visited Buffalo again.

Rooms are basic plus. I need the essentials, they have a really clean room with comfortable clean bed and pillows. Shower and towels. Everything that works in good condition. Great staff anticipated I'd need new towels since I was there a week and dropped off soap as well. Like the outlets and tables convenient for my CPAP snoring machine and for my laptop -they were perfectly placed! Good coffee in office in the AM to get started and a/c and curtains prevented noise from nearby expressway from being noticed. One bit of advice only go on 2nd floor if you don't need an elevator for handicap or heavy luggage.

Staff: Friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late at night. The 24/7 check-in and online check-out options are definitely a plus!

Room: Now this is the main reason we won't come again. The room was DIRTY when we arrived! Stains on the bed sheets, hair in the bathroom, cobwebs in the corners of the room, dandruff (?) on the desk chair, visible dust in the corners of the floor and the AC looked extremely yucky. There were beads underneath the mattress, probably from some kid's toy - no idea how they got there, at least there weren't any bed bugs!

I can't imagine how someone must've "cleaned" this place prior to our arrival and thought they did a good job.

Location: Parking was available at all times. Anchor Bar is in walking distance and the airport is very close too.

Only a four star because of how small the bathroom is.and the towels were stained and dirty. Other than that. It does the job.beds were comfortable.more of a twin size bed.but it was a nice little clean spot.nice area. I would recommend

Avoid this hotel… They are scammers. I booked a room for overnight and they messed up my reservation. I canceled because they messed up and they still charged my credit card. If I could give them no stars I would. Save your self for being scammed and don’t stay here.

Neet and clean place. We took two rooms.

I room was ok but one room was not very good. It had some bad smell, all appliances were disconnected seems like it was not in use or something.

Little far from Niagara Falls.

As per the price it was ok.

Best Red Roof Inn in the New York area, Maria is part of the cleaning staff and has a personality that truly makes this particular hotel stand out from the others. We will be visiting in the future. Thank you Maria, see you soon.

Have stayed here in the past with no issues. This time, our room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, and there were sticky spots on the desk as well as the bedside tables. The price has also gone up, making it pricier than other comparable area hotels. That said, the check in clerk was very accommodating, and specifically gave us a room far away from a noisy bunch of hotel guests that were celebrating together. Appreciated the consideration, as we had an early flight the next morning.

For the price they charge, I think they could have wiped behind the phone and the clock. Very unfortunate that the very bright pink fingernail was missed when the room was cleaned. Ugh.
