Very nice place to stay. Has an pleasant environment. The room was clean and pleasent. Finally nice place to stay

Because homeboy at the desk, was accusing me and my partner for switching out stay time. L hotel I hate Fulton

Somebody else was using my credit card to stay at this hotel without my permission. I called the hotel and told them to stop using my card. They apologized and said they wouldn't charge that card anymore. They then proceeded to charge my card for two more nights after I revoked my authorization. They basically committed credit card fraud. Also, the owner keeps replying to these complaints instead of directly to me, especially when I've already opened a case over this issue with their headquarters, which they have neglected to get back to me after they said they would. It's been over a month. Also, perhaps the hotel should start checking ID to make sure the card being used belongs to the person using it.

They didn’t let my bf who isn’t white in, and I have been told stories about how there has been times where they don’t let other non white people in there, but at the counter the service ppl aren’t even white. They can get crackheads inside but not my partner.

Absolutely disgusting! Ran down. Guy at front desk was sleeping when I came to check out. Wouldn’t even offer me any way to stir my coffee, which came from a thermos. Bathroom mirror frame is laying in shambles. No hot water at the sink. Filthy dirty carpet between the beds. Had to switch rooms twice. Just an outright horrible experience. The owners have let the place fall into complete disrepair. And they know it and don’t care. I could go on. Just don’t stay there.

Was charged an extra 200.00 without being made aware of new policy, still have not been refunded by management. I checked out on 12/26/2022 it's now 01/09/2023

You get what you pay for. Rooms were dirty and run down. Back of the cheap bathroom door had clearly been kicked in and someone tried to repair it. There was also a suspicious looking white splatter all over the back of the bathroom door. Eww. The beds were comfortable is about the only nice thing I have to say. There was a glob of lort knows what stuck to the glass in the microwave which took me soaking it overnight with a washcloth to get off it to be able to use the microwave in the morning. Disgusting. I will NOT be staying there again, EVER.

We arrived at 1145pm expecting a nice night's sleep but they were overbooked and the room we had reserved was no longer available. We were left trying to find a hotel with availability in the middle of the night. Bad management practices.

Cockroaches, dirty, trashy way overpriced. Unfortunately the options are limited in this town.

Night shift was perfect. But the 1st shift was grabbed with stuff in my hand. And charged me 2ce. Thank god for the kind man on nightshade. He needs a raise. But my room was dirty. I'm a housekeeper

Never again! The first room they gave us was nasty! The second room was better but still dirty. We drove to our concert and then drove straight home instead of staying at the motel. We didn't even ask for a refund!

They were horrible with booking reservations and it was a terrible experience all the way around. I travel 6 months out of the year. Its really sad when they take your credit card information and than "lose" your reservation. I will be watching my credit card statement closely! Find a different place if you can!

Staff was very accommodating and well knowledgeable on the ADA. Very nice restaurant inside as well. Rooms were nice and clean. Would recommend adding more outside trash cans for dog waste as they are a dog friendly establishment and there were few trash cans and no bag dispensers

Didn't start off well at all! Upon entering the room, every time I took a step, my shoes would stick to the floor, like it wasn't free of some kind of cleanser or grime? Also when I went to use the microwave to heat up my top ramen, whatever it was or "wasn't" cleaned with made my ramen taste so horrible that I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away!
After I had thoroughly cleaned it myself, I attempted to cook my ramen again. And this time it turned out fine.
But wait there's more. After I had laid down for the night to get some sleep, I turned off the lights and decided to watch some t.v. After awhile I had to use the bathroom, so I got up and turned on the light and I saw nothing but big & little, tiny and huge cockroaches everywhere! Desperately running around trying to hide because I had turned the light on!
Absolutely disgusting! That was enough for me, I couldn't get out of there fast enough!
People please beware! I would not ever rent a room from this place again!

Good place to stay. Quiet, but close to everything, even the freeway. The room is perfect, plumbing works fantastic. They also have a fabulous Mexican Restaurant located on the 1st floor. For an older motel, you get extra value for your dollar.

Absolutely horrible! No pool no bar all said was there nothing! Thin walls I can hear the neighbors tv right now. Front desk was rude and condescending and hung up on me.place is long over due for a remodel. I was told management was “out till Monday” “ that is all I can do on my end”. Paid full price for what I could have gotten from a motel!

Booked a room over call and when reached no rooms were there and asked to stay on the other room and then will shift to the room we booked. However they were not ready to show the room which they are gonna give us after. And forcing to check in.
The size of room was small as compared to nearby hotels.

Very suitable for families, large and spacious rooms, bathroom was also very big, I got room 101, very peaceful and lovable place Specially the aura is so pure temple is in reception area made be feel like I am in my home.my family enjoyed Itto Thefullest

Hotel is neat and clean. I have book non ac room but they provide me a.c room without any cost.owner of this hotel is kind and so supportive if I could give them 10 stars that would be less overall good experience.

I would never go back here. Sheets were not changed when we arrived, so they gave us another room. Sheet had 3 holes from cigarette.
Someone's hair all over the shower. Sink had soap residue on it. Walls are very thin, you can hear someone taking a shower and coughing. The hotel itself is very dirty. I wonder if those 5 star reviews are even legit.
