The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could post a pic the way they left my vehicle. They were upset because I did not want them to fix my alternator because they were overcharging me. So therefore, they said they wanted my vehicle off their lot if not picked up by the same day they were going to charge me $45 to store my vehicle, After they had my vehicle for two weeks, without even looking at it. Also, the full time that they had the vehicle they told me one price for a diagnostic then after I told them I don’t want them to fix my alternator. They went up on the diagnostic fee by $25. These are crooked people stay far away from this shop, or you will regret it. I wouldn't trust them with a broom less long my vehicle. Now I’m scared to take it somewhere else because I feel like they did something to my vehicle.

VERY OVER-PRICED, QUESTIONABLE WORK, owner quoted me $400-$500 for a 40k mi tuneup, then he went on vacation, garage had my car for 4 days longer than orignally said (they were so busy? !), somehow the new guy I was dealing with said I needed new brakes all around. Huh? That's not what the owner said and my brakes feel just fine. Ok, he says, just the front brakes need to be replaced. I asked if they can grind them down instead of completely replacing them. He told me no one does that any more. Another mechanic I spoke to latersaid that's not true, brakes are still ground down, but it's time consuming and dirty work so some mechanics don't like to do it. With all the things they found that needed fixed, they charged me $1100 (ex: oil change was billed at $170 - I pay $70 at Valvoline). Two days later, I was driving down to PGH for a family vacation, warning lights came on. Took me over an hour to find a garage at the nearest exit, mechanic said the garage that did the work hadn't secured the tires correctly after rotating- he tightened them for no charge. I felt ripped-off and hustled at Redi Imports, and not very safe in my car for a while afterwards. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT REDI-IMPORTS, VERY STRESSFUL AND WAY OVER-PRICED.

Greg and John are very helpful when needing a car diagnosed and fixed. My Camaro was having tons of power steering problems. They tore everything apart and fixed it better than it ever was. These guys don’t give up on there customers. They will ensure that you’re happy and getting the services necessary to make your needs met. Thank you guys for the work done to my Camaro, I would recommend anyone to have these guys fix your car.

I have had two services with Redi Imports Downtown shop and felt it was time to drop a review. First had new tires ad alignment on my (not import) GMC. Felt I got what I paid for, good brand name tires, and an alignment that I didn't know I needed (but I sure did need it), oil change and inspection. There was one minor snafu, but it was quickly taken care of. Next up I had an annoying suspension issue on my other (this time an import) car. It wasn't suspension as I originally thought.their team actually took the time to recreate the issue and track it down to something completely unexpected. This was taken care of in less than 24 hours, and at cost for just the diagnostic work. They could have given up, been dishonest and run the bill up, or just burned billable hours diagnosing the issue. They did neither. I feel this is an honest, clean, respectful shop that actually likes their customers and fixing their cars. Give them a shot I think you will be equally satisfied.

This place is just ridiculous, i had banned wheel and i ordered a new one and ask them to put new wheel on. They charged my $87! Just pull the tire off and put it back on new wheels no alignment included and it takes a day to do it!

Was having a part put on my car as an added feature gave them the part got a call back 4 hours later saying the part was broken. I never gave them a broken part it came brand new I inspected it before turning it over for them to do the job. The installer broke it while doing the install and they didn’t take accountability for the action. I’m so shocked at the outcome of this but you live and learn at least they could have been honest that really is unprofessional I won’t recommend them going forward unfortunately. Also they charge for additional services and don’t tell you until work is completed. I overheard 2 other customers upset in the lobby about the same situation that’s scary.

Took my VW Passat in for service on tire loosing air and very pleased with the professional and friendly service I received! They looked at my car right away and reviewed all my options with me. Work on the car was fast and very reasonably priced. Great customer service, communication and honest. I will definitely be going back and prefer over the dealer! 10 out of 10!

My experience with Redi Imports was incredibly disappointing. After leaving an honest review of my experience with the company, I was contacted by the manager who proceeded to yell at me like a child. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the manager also stalked me online and left a poor review in retaliation for my feedback. This is not only unethical but also against Google's terms of service.

As a consumer, I believe it is my right to share my experience with a business, both positive and negative. It is not appropriate for a business to engage in retaliatory behavior, and it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I would caution other consumers to be wary when considering doing business with Redi Imports. The unprofessional behavior displayed by the manager is unacceptable, and I would not feel comfortable supporting a business that engages in such behavior.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Redi Imports, and I hope that the company takes steps to address this behavior and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

I had my Lexus ES350 transmission fluid changed. They did an excellent job. Clearly an auto enthuisist shop which is very important if you want your vehicle taken care of properly.

I drove an hour each way from Buffalo and spent ~$6,000 from late 2021 until August 2022 on services at Redi for my 2015 VW GTI. Things like oil changes, tire mount and balances, alignments, suspension install, DSG transmission service, timing chain and tensioner service, as well as an intake manifold carbon cleaning. Had a great experience with them until the owner decided not to help me out when I discovered that his technician reinstalled my throttle body hose clamp in a compromising position (during the abovementioned carbon cleaning) -as to later puncture my AC system line with one of the clamp bolts. I spent $1,000 on AC repair thanks to that.

Ryan's position was that he can't warranty labor on aftermarket parts (the throttle body hose) and that he "had to draw a line somewhere". I could understand Ryan not willing to help me if I brought the part to them and it broke something trying to install it or it failed prematurely. The problem is, that doesn't pertain to this situation. I didn't come to Redi with my hose and clamp and ask them to install it. I asked them to perform a carbon cleaning, which involved disassembling many existing parts of the car. I will not be back to Redi Imports.

Brought my car in for some brake works and and oil change and the service was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and went over everything done. Will definitely be back in.

I will never take my Rang Rover to these crooks again. I took my 2008 Rang Rover there to get repaired. 3100 later I leave with my truck over heating and no at heat all
I brought it there I had heat. My truck has never over heated now it does. Then they tell me if I spend another 1000 they can try to fix it. They will never see me again.

Josh and female receptionist were absolutely amazing to work with…My car was under a 100-day warranty and they advocated on my behalf and was able to get a significant amount of my bill covered. Their level of patience with the warranty company was admirable. Upon the release of my vehicle from the shop, I discovered a issue and the mechanics jumped in to find the problem and immediately addressed it at no additional cost. The two mechanic even went on a ride with me to help me better understand the issue. Overall, from start to finish these folks were professional and seasoned in their craft. Again I want to personally thank Josh and the female receptionist for their professionalism and kindness during a very stressful time for me. I really hope this post is viewed by upper management and your team is acknowledged in some way. Hard to find dedicated employees and they just seemed to have REDI IMPORTS best interest for remarkable customer service.
