I have to say that there are times that they’re excellent like recently helped out with the case and getting medical supplies for somebody that I know. They were very thorough and on top of it. There are other times where I feel that there are no response and there is a lack of communication on a serious level. But I thank G-D I dealt with an amazing representative from prior authorizations Channa who was so thorough and excellent. I hope she moves up in the system. There was somebody else Daniella who was really helpful as well.

Most not proffesional and rude service ever! Do not go here! Even if it may seem a bit cheaper it come with a lot of agrivation, do not recommend!

HORRIBLE PLACE! The receptionist is really not professional. As a first time patient, she didn’t even give me any paperwork to fill out, she didn’t ask for my insurance card, when I told her what about my insurance card, she just said ok I’ll have it! She just took my name and told me to wait. I’ve waited for almost an hour. All the Other patients who came after me got to see a provider. When I got back to her to ask her why she just told me she couldn’t answer if I want to reschedule or if I want to wait. She was very rude. I had to leave because I would not see myself receiving service from them anymore. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR TIME OR YOUR SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME

Dr. Scott Silver is very knowledgeable, professional, and knows his work. He treats his patients with care and is always responsive. Excellent staff!
I 100% recommend u too him.

Receptionist at the rehab was extremely not helpful making patients and myself wait for an extended period of time while she was on the phone. Didn’t answer any questions asked and just said to speak to the therapist.

Refuah is sharing it's resources to the residents of Rockland county. They're very efficient and we as a community are lucky to have this resource. Thanks again!

I made all my appointments for the OB in advance because I wanted to get the timing I want, since I was tested positive for covid and I was told to quarantine for 5 days. When I wanted to see the Dr on day 6 they didn't let me they only wanted to give me an appointment for very early morning on day 9 which I knew that I won't be available that timing.

Very grateful that this facility is available to anyone for their healthcare needs and also thankful that Covid test kits were available.

Fast service! Staff are very helpful and professional! I received a set of home kitsfor each member of my family!

Waited 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor. Can't get appointments. They started dental work on my daughter, but couldn't give her a follow up appointment to finish the work. To reach the right party by phone your transferred from person to person. And you got to repeat everything to each person because they don't document anything.

Refuah is a hidden gem! I have had such positive experiences here and it is so accessible. Last minute appointments and PCR testing are never a problem in my experience. My only negative is one of the nurses that does the testing in the tent. She is so rough with the PCR test on children. She acts as if she is working an assembly line at a factory. Both of my children have complained about the roughness and they are not the type to complain. My daughter was in tears.

I picked up my Covid in home test kits without any issues. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Quick, easy and polite.

Everyone at Refuah Health is always professional and courteous. We were finished with our Covid test in under 10 minutes, results an hour later. Highly recommended this health center.
