Regal Cinemas Eastview Mall 13, Victor NY

Regal theatres are nice, they generally show what I want to see and more with lots of awesome special showings. I had one bad experience where we showed up for a showing and the fire alarm went off and the manager on duty told us we could all get a free ticket to any showing of our choice then never followed up but while I see that as a negative it wouldn't stop me from returning.

The chairs were very comfortable and nice. The two tickets, plus two drinks, and one popcorn around Fifty bucks. I would probably go to the movies more often.just to darn expensive.

Great place for a movie after dinner for a perfect night out. Seating is incredible, like being home in your favorite recliner. Add a soda and popcorn and your movie night will be complete. The Regal is the place for a movie date you'll not forget.

Bought tickets online, showed them the confirmation email with the barcode, they scan it and I'm in.

I like the reserve seating in the big reclining chairs.

It's clean, but for the concession stand they need to use a single line, multi server model, so you aren't stuck behind a slow, or new consession stand person.

One complaint about auditorium 3, the air handler is too noisy.

Happy that there are reclining seats now! A little pricier than pittsford theater and the seats arent as good

Love going to this cinema. Easy in and out, the theaters have the reclining seats so it is very comfy. Employees are always friendly.

Saw a movie with a friend, only seats available were 2nd row from screne, way to close. We both actually experienced a little motion sickness, especially during the animated scenes in the movie. Also, the patrons left the place a mess. Why don't people pick up after themselves? Very disheartening. The theater workers were polite and helpful.

Great local theater with friendly staff. It is a small theater but close to the house and full of friendly people. We see 90% of our movies at this theater. Great seats and great deals on the weekend (Matinee showings)

Your average over priced regal theater. I don't know why they feel the need to assign seats. Only one in the area that does that.

Picture quality was great! Messy garbage cans on the way out of the theater. It could have been a lot cleaner. Noisy people next to me while watching the movie. Great customer service!

Regal cinemas is located near the eastview Mall in Victor. They are a movie Plex offering multiple movies. Their theaters have Superior sound systems which are sometimes obnoxious be loud. It is a very expensive place to go see a movie. If you wait 6 months you can see the movies in your home through a streaming service

The movie was great and not many people so it was quiet. My recliner didn't work right. The foot rest didn't come up. But the seating was comfortable. Was costly for a movie here.

Great seating. Liked reservations, knowing I have a seat, when planning an event.

However, in the event it is spontaneous, I need to know there are still seats available.

Comfortable and clean movie theater. If you're going to see a new release you have to get tickets ahead of time on-line. The reclining chairs are so comfortable that you may fall asleep.

Like the new seats. Much better than the old ones. Wish food and beverage was cheaper. Over all good experience.

The recliners are really nice really don't have too much to say if I had to make any suggestion it would be that the custodial staff needs to keep up on the bathrooms especially when it's a lot of business with all these great movies coming out within the next few months there's going to be a lot more activity which means cleanliness needs to be up to par especially for a place so far into the suburbs

Very good customer service! We mistakenly ordered tickets for the wrong time and missed the movie, so staff helped check seating availability for us to pick another showing on credit from our unused tickets.

Was 45 mins early and all fill up. Nice when I'm trying to take grandson to a movie which we planned for a week.

Awesome staff. Never mystery stickiness around the theaters. Only complaint is the god awful student movies after the trailers.

I have been to this place for movies many times, and overall it has gave me good experiences. The audiences are very respectful and keep quiet during movies. My only complaint is that the air conditioner is too cold so I have to bring extra layers of clothes during Summer.
