The 4D movie experience was Amazing for Mission Impossible! (if you suffer from motion sickness, it’s not for you) the pretzel bites and Dorito Nachos were okay (I would open the bag and pour them in for the customers though) My only gripe would be we could only purchase tickets at the concession stand which took 4ever. Other than that, an overall great experience

Sound was all messed up in the iMax theater. We told the staff and they said that it was only the commercials. When the previews came in it was the. Super loud. I messaged the corporate site but they sent back a form email. You pay extra for iMax they should make sure things are working!

Regal Deer Park has been our local place to watch agood one. The good ones are not amazing lately, but Regal Deer Park is still good

I came here when I was a bit younger and I had a great time. Now that I got older, I feel like I’m more cognizant of the little things. There’s no staff at the box office and just kiosks where they don’t even accept digital payments like Apple Pay. When you go inside for the movie, the seats cannot be reclined. I noticed that my seat was also a bit dirty with some popcorn from the previous showing. All in all, I think it was a subpar experience and I’ll probably be looking at other places next time.

I've been coming here since it was first opened, and now I get to experience it with my daughter!

Great theater with plenty of space and nice shopping mall.has clean seating friendly staff. Overall great big theater and mall.

This was my first cinema experience visiting the US and I must say it was awesome! The quality of everything was top notch. Fast service at the concession, easy online ticket service, great seats, cleanliness. I truly enjoyed it.

I thought this was a great place to watch a movie in the area, its a little pricey but thats the usual when it comes to movie theaters, apart from that if your looking to see movies from 2D to 4DX then you came to the right place, theres plenty of things your kids can do while you wait in line for popcorn because there is a mini arcade and photo booth area, lots of great places to take pictures in here, the bathrooms arent the cleanest but the movie experience is great, i highly recommend stopping by to watch one of the many movies they show here and suggest watching them in 4DX if you want to feel like youre on a universal studios coaster

BE WARNED OF THE 4DX EXPERIENCE
first let me say, I love going to the movies. In fact i’ve visited this theater many times. I agree with most of the other reviews on the concession experience.it’s very poorly managed and most of the time you need to get to the theater at least 30 mins early just to get on line.the kids working behind the counter are always friendly but there is never a sense of urgency.
My purpose of this review is to give people who may not know about the theaters 4DX experience a heads up.if you haven’t done any research on what 4DX actually is, then you should before buying tickets. I wish i did.the theater itself gives no disclaimer or anything before the movie starts or when you’re buying tickets what it actually is. Let me say it was the worst experience i’ve ever had going to a movie ever.the seats shake constantly, with wind, and water all blowing in your face and from behind.it’s designed to sync with the movie, which i get, but good luck trying to eat or drink when you’re in there. At any moment you can be taking a drink and then be jerked in any direction.it feels like you’re on a roller coaster for 2 hours while someone is aggressively kicking the back of your seat non-stop. For $25 a ticket It’s not worth it. I can see why kids may be into it, but for a regular movie goer who just wants to see a movie it’s pretty absurd. Granted I bought a ticket under the assumption it was like the old 4d type experience they had at this theater, like the screen extended to your peripheral vision. That experience was cool. This is not.
It will certainly be the first and last time i’ll ever go to a 4DX movie here.if you’re into that kind of experience go for it, in my opinion I think it ruined every aspect of seeing a movie

Very long lines no matter the time. I don't think the kiosk gave us a choice for seating and automatically assigned us to the front row that no one wants to sit in. Make sure to buy your tickets online so that you dont have to use the kiosks, they suck

I just don't understand there business model. You have a bunch of movies playing and you have 1 person at the snack counter. People literally walk away because of the long line. I know it's not prime time and it's not the workers fault, it is bad management.

I saw Transformers Rise of the Beasts in one of their IMAX theaters. Great sound and video quality. Seats were comfortable. Staff helpful.

It was an ok experience. Wish they had the reclining chairs. Theater wasn't as clean as it could have been. The concession is a rip off though. This place isn't my favorite movie theater. Parking is complicated. Always a long walk. Sucks when it's cold or rainy.

The theatre was pretty great and very clean from what I can recall (bathroom included), however the theatre didn't have the more updated seats that allow you to recline like some of the other Regal locations do, so just FYI, incase that's what you're looking for. Other than, the movie was great, the sound system was awesome and the graphics looked fire!

We had best time, we went for shopping in deer park and then went for a good movie, furious x and custody, the popcorn was good and plenty. We liked the sound but the chairs were small and uncomfortable
