Regal New Roc 4DX, IMAX & RPX, New Rochelle NY

This place is great. They strategically know how to seat everyone safely. People are coming here more because there are less restrictions but they logically adhere to guidelines.

Compared to the AMC IMAX experience. Their IMAX is trash, it's a just huge long screen and lousy sound quality. Every scene was supposed to be expressed with special effects as AMC would've provided. [Spider-Man: No Way Home]

This place gets a poor review solely due to the service at the concession stand. A half hour wait is ridiculous- then to further diminish the experience you get belittled by the manager (?) at the register, who acts like you are crazy for asking for things that are in the candy display.

Good staff very good theaters very comfortable chairs but the Area around Food needs to be cleaned a little more Better

They should make the seat letter a bit bigger. Other than that this movie theater deserves 5 stars

Service is very poor, they are working slow on purpose, been waiting on line for food over 40 min and my movie already started 10 min ago, they not going to restart the movie for anyone else. I would not recommend

There’s nothing left. No nachos. No candy. No SMALL SIZED CUPS? ! It’s all gone. Covid killed it. Just lay this place to rest.

Movie theater was clean, screen quality was good, concessions was good but missing some items, and the workers were great.

TERRIBLE! Very low staffed and maintained for a hot new trending movie that just release. Dirty and broom and dustpan on my seat while walking in. 2 workers on the Concession line wasn't worth missing part of the movie. Disappointed. I'll drive to AMC next time

Saw Spiderman: No Way Home. I knew the first weekend would be a no-go so I went on Mon 12/20/21. This IMAX is huge. Seats are comfortable but not reclinable. Most seats give you a good view of the screen. I wouldn't recommend sitting in the first two rows though if you want to retain your sight.

Probably my favorite movie theater. I used to go to movie theaters in the city as I live in NYC but I came here once and haven't been anywhere else since. It's always clean, the staff is it rude like a lot of Manhattan movie theater staff is and they have a considerable arcade section.

At a great time saw Spider-Man no way home the the best of the trilogy Tom Holland's best performance as the character was great time

By far mine and my families favorite place to watch movies! From the staff to the whole atmosphere. Parking availability and let's talk about the recliner chair seats OMG heaven so comfortable they recline all the way back. Definitely 5 start rating theater for me and my family also easy to get to directionally.

Love the size and ease of use, including parking machines in the lobby. Employees are very helpful and friendly. A lot of theaters with very comfortable, lie back seating and cup holders.

It has a good imax, the 4dx is very dark, but the thing that brings it down the most is the concessions, just know that if you think you will get something to eat before the movie begins and it’s within and hour, you will miss the first 20 minutes of the movie. Literally being the third person in line it took more than 39 minutes to serve, and that is not just once, this is always. If you want popcorn or drinks, make sure you make it to the movie over an hour before showtime so you don’t miss the movie, which is the main reason why you are going to the cinema to begin with.

I am giving two stars because the seats were comfortable and the screen was clear (I went to another theatre where the screen was too dim). The reason I won’t go higher is because a lot of things put a damper on my movie going experience. The customer service was poor. I was charged for a medium popcorn when I got a small. The woman who appears to be a manager with glasses and long hair behind the concession stand was very rude and yelled at costumers in a condescending manor. There’s no excuse for this behavior. When you go to see a film it’s to get away from reality for a bit and with a person like that, it can really affect your time right before seeing a movie. And lastly, the sound of the film was a bit low. Overall, I’m disappointed in this theater as New Rochelle is generally a nice place. Something is not right there, it might be the management.
