Regal UA Midway, Queens NY

Trying to cancle my subscription and they won't do it.
I have had my subscription from Jan 2020 its now September 2021. They have a 12 month contract where you can not cancle.
Yet I have had my subscription for 21 months that 1 year nine months
Taking into consideration the fact that they froze the subscription for 4 months that still leaves me with 17 months of paid subscription 1 year 5 months yet they are telling me I cannot cancle my subscription becuase I haven't paid for 12 months.

Reclining seats are nice. Bit if a shame they removed some of the arcade games from when I was a kid. Overall, solid theater

Popcorn was disgusting and they refused to lend me the phone when mine died, I needed to call my older bro to come get me

They also don’t have a phone number to call them…. It’s irritating

Nice, clean and comfortable theatre. Quick self service at the ticket kiosk. The seats are super comfy with adjustable seats to fit your liking and allow you to really have a relaxed and immersive experience.

We went to see Black Widow last night. Theater was clean, staff were courteous and the reclining chairs are comfortable.

This theater is great, I really enjoyed it. The staff is really strict with bring in food and staff is doing their job really well. Seats are very confutable and recliners are 100% more better than other Movie theaters reviews. I went during a pandemic but it was towards the end masks were optional. I went to see A Quiet Place Double Feature it was an amazing experience.
Only complaint is that the outside when you first see it was not appealing, you can’t tell how great this place is until you walk in.

The seats were comfortable. As well as the air conditioning. The sound coming out of the movie was just right. I mostly like the theatre's layout except that there are no restrooms on the 2nd floor.

It's was nice and clean the location is not far from me which is good. The movie played on time. I'll go back to this location again.

Came to see Black Widow. First time I've been to the theater in almost two years due to COVID-19. Well worth the wait! Everything was clean and great.

Clean and such comfy seats! I'm updating this review.there should be more cleaning staff because inside the rooms can get very dirty because people don't know how to use a garbage can. The rooms should be clean as soon as movies are done. I had to sit in a room with buckets of popcorn and napkins thrown all over the floor. Drinks still at the seat, arm rests and seats were sticky and I cleaned it with wipes just so we could sit down. Not a very good look.

It was great to go back to this movie theater, I saw a quiet place part 2 with my girl and one of my good friends.

I showed the front ticket booth that I brought a bottle of water and they were more than open-minded about me bringing it in due to medical reasons,

I got a generous discount with signing up with the app.

Best part is even though I forgot to pay for the snacks because of the confusion of the app
Management (Raymond or Ricardo I forgot to poor gentleman's name) was kindly waiting for me after the movie to pay the bill and even kindly offered if I had financial problems to pay for partial bill. I paid for the bill in full and was left with a positive note with the great customer service from the staff and management. Will go back again really soon!

Very clean movie theater, ticket person was very friendly and helpful and so was the person selling snacks and drinks.
Will be coming back for sure.

It's changed A LOT since I was there as a kid but there are a lot of theaters and comfortable seats. My only complaint was that, when the hot dogs were not ready, the asked for out seats and offered to deliver the message we ordered to is once they were ready, but never brought them to us. Half an hour later I had to get up from my seat during my movie to go get them. We would have preferred not to buy the over priced movie theater hot dogs if we had known wed have to miss the movie to have them.

The movie theater is clean with decent prices and the staff are friendly and don’t rush you to choose your seats. This movie theater has recliner seats and the time they open depends on when the first movie starts. Overall it’s a good place to watch a movie for any age and I recommend going here.

They have these "social distancing" rules set up but no one ever enforces them.

I had 2 separate parties come in and sit on either side of my girlfriend and I and when I brought it up to an employee they did nothing about it.

Horrible! Got there with my kids, we sat down and after 10 minutes of silence and darkness a lady told us the projector was not working and we need to leave just like that, no other option, just go home.
Never going back again.

I have been a long time customer at midway movie theater, since I was a kid I have been going this theater. Which has been here for decades.

It is a iconic fixture on queens blvd 71st.the last time I was here before covid hit the city, I really enjoyed there leather recliner seats with my wife.

The theater is definitely a land mark on queens blvd, while other theaters have gone out of busines.

Midway still in busines.and when ever it opens back up in the near future. And the city is back to normal I will take my baby son there one day.

Been coming here for many years before covid. Its an ok theater tbh the tickets and food are both super over priced. I have only seen the upstairs area to get food once in all those years, which made for long lines on the weekends, which was not cool. Otherwise the theaters are always clean. There needs to be better ushers who escort people to their seats because people some took seats that didn't belong to them, based on what they paid for on fandango.

Best Seating.
Best Nachos and Cheese in the area.
Comfortable.
Love it.
Looking forward to my once per month trip.
A little pricey though.
