Saw Spiderman No Way Home. Haven't been to the movies in 3 years. The theater was clean. No bottled water. No butter for the popcorn.it's the movies?

Although this movie theater does have Imax and RX screens, it is a true neighborhood theater. Folks bring 2 year olds to see violent movies, there's nonstop talking during the movie, and disabled bathrooms are filthy. Has Manhattan prices for a Brooklyn cinema. Not worth it.

Everything was very nice it’s that the seats are a little bit weird than other movie theater like it was really wobbly but either than that everything was very good

There was no butter for the popcorn that they let you order before telling you that, my fruit punch was watered-down and didn't taste like fruit punch. Tried to order candy they had none. I was told that all the candy in the case was expired and just for show.

This is remodeled? ! Still a dank and smelly place. Throw out the funky carpet, geez! Overrun with foul mouthed, no mask wearing, rowdy teens. Concession stand had only popcorn. No butter. Nachos no cheese. Slushies- only Mountain Dew? I thought Abdul the no mask wearing, poor, hapless manager was going to have a heart attack running back and forth behind the concession stand. Was yhis everyone's first day? ! Why was the entire concession staff masked, but not him? ! The theater felt and smelled like a nasty, crowded subway car. If my friend did not live 4 minutes from this holding cell of a theater, I would have never gone their in the first place. Never again.

Great place, one of my favorite movie theaters. Just seen "Spiderman: No Way Home" - good sound and quality picture.

Saw the new Spiderman movie here. I like this theater. It has a good snack bar & ample parking.

Me and my child decided to see sing 2 when a worker asked us if my little girl had the vaccine we said no and he told us that we couldn’t see the movie if my daughter wasn’t vaccinated so he told us to refund our tickets and we left this is unbelievable this vaccine is killing people and they want me to risk my daughter life just to watch a a movie it’s not even mandatory in her school I mean atleast put that information online where everyone could see and not be surprised when they come and don’t have the vaccine

Been going for years and never had any issues. Staff always greets with smile and theaters are ‘usually’ clean.

Today was the first time I have been at this location. I was here on a Wednesday between 11: 00am- 6: 00pm. Overall, very dissatisfied. 1st of all, there was no hot food (tenders w/ fries, burgers) even though they were displayed on the screens. The food area looked sooooo empty. There was one employee in the “kitchen” and one working the cash register. Oh and no Apple Pay available. 2nd of all, the men’s restroom literally was the size of two elevators - there was one urinal and one toilet, and no paper towels. How am I supposed to open the door to exit w/o a paper towel and knowing the door handle was touched by men who did not wash their hands after urination and defecation? Disgusting, men are so disgusting. Also, 3rdly, the seats were extremely close to each other and had no recliner for the legs. 4th of all, the bass was just weak. On the positive side, there was good parking space and the place was clean and the staff were polite. I only came here because I wanted to watch two movies in imax and this location fit my work schedule; however, I will never return to this place.

I spilled my drinks bc of the drink holder falling apart and they have me new drinks. One guy was very rude to the you get people and customers though. But the young manager looking one really helped

My children could not watch the film without vaccination and the money for the tickets was not given back

Just saying i went for the 2nd show for Spiderman and don't believe these ppl downing this place.had food & candy & the bathroom was clean.

Remember they under staff!

Although the line for the snacks was long and slow the movie experience covered all of it, would recommend getting IMAX tickets.

Worst experience I ever experienced at a movie theater, there was very little food at the counter my Sierra Mist soda tasted like alka seltzer and when I tried to return it they wouldn’t let me trade it for something else and this rude little white lady started putting her hand in my face after standing on line for 30 minutes and missing half an hour of the new Spider-Man movie which I paid over 40 dollars for 2 tickets. I’ll never go back there again
