Regency & Victor Villas Apartment Homes

Very nice place to live. I had to make a hasty decision to move here and enjoy the location, amenities and square footage. It is very disappointing that they don’t have nice countertops, or stainless appliances due to the price point matching all of the surrounding complexes including new builds that have those features. I’ve seen smaller apartments in the complex that are cheaper than my unit getting stainless and I would love to see management make the decision to add them to all of the units. It will definitely factor into my decision to renew my lease. I’ve had a few encounters with the manager that were borderline rude, but had a great experience with Felipe when I was initiating my lease.

I wanted to do this review earlier but wanted to give myself time to get settled in. I just moved to Regency & Victor Villas (the Villas side) on June 13th after relocating from Greece. I met with the Assistant Property Manager Felipe Diaz. He showed me an apartment which was available. I have made a few maintenance requests and all of them were handled promptly, professionally and with true concern. Examples of the requests were; loose tub drain, spiders coming from outdoor and water valve knob for the garage spicket. Each one of the requests was answered within 24 hours and completed within a week. They came out the next day after the 4th of July and treated for the spiders and when I asked for another company to treat since the spiders where still present, they gave me an appointment to have an outside pest control company come out. As of today the company came within the window time stated and completed the job. Someone from Management even told me a trick to keep the spiders away was to put down fabric softener sheets. I love the personal touch, care and concern that he gave me. I have to say no only is the management side so wonderful but so are the people in this community. I have never felt so much welcome and love as I have been given in the Victor Villas Community. I could easily make this home. Thank you to all the staff I have had the pleasure of meeting so far. (Felipe, Adam and Jennifer) Oh and thank you for keeping the grounds so pristine.

I had trouble accessing my mailbox. I received clarification and details as to the location very quickly and was able to get my mail easily. In the one week I have been a resident, the assistance and offers of help from Jennifer, Michelle and others have been very much appreciated. I am a very satisfied resident!

January 24,2022 Once I requested maintenance help for a malfunctioning sink stopper, the issue was fixed almost immediately. Andy was professional, personable and easily replaced the needed part

In addition, the location of my apartment is pleasant, within easy access to all shopping and other venues I go to on a regular basis I would recommend Regency to anyone.

They have the best maintenance guy! Five stars for his work, service, skills, and personality. I am very happy with the way they handled this latest issue in my unit.

Made an appt to have an apartment showing only to get there and find out that there was no apartments to see. Have us information that was already viewed by us on their website. They blamed it on their call center because they don't make their own appts. Maybe they shouldake their own appointments to avoid this situation. Waste of our time. Will not consider them now.

Our water heater started leaking and eventually flooded the floor of our utility closet at 9: 30pm on a Sunday. I called the emergency maintenance number and Jim responded within minutes. He and another gentleman came to our apartment and worked on this until 11: 45pm. We were extremely grateful that they were responsive and able to fix the problem as quickly as possible, especially being so late at night.

Management is not competent and unwilling to help. Moved out after 3 years of leasing on 8/18, received collection calls on 9/11 on a "past due" charge that we only received in the mail about 2 days earlier.

I live at a neighboring community managed by the same property owners. I like the addition of the playground and other amenities at Villas of Victor Apartments. In addition the the playground, they have added a nice patio, a dog park, and a putting green. If I wasn’t in walking distance and was looking for a different apartment, I’d consider Regency & Victor Villas Apartments.
