Extremely profesional practice, and most important the wait time is minimal. Dr. Elyaderani solved my headaches and i’m grateful!

Office was able to resolve communication issues in a timely fashion and gave a very detailed report pertaining to recent diagnosis and testing. - Excellent.

Great medical office, friendly staff and atmosphere, waiting time was reasonable!
Doctor knowledgeable and confident.

He is an excellent doctor and listened to what you had to say. He went over all your problems in an easy to understand way and gave solutions to them. His use of technology to facilitate things is definitely a big plus. I highly recommend him. My Headaches and Nerves have improved significantly I am beyond grateful!

The wait time is 2 hours minimum. I have been coming for a while and I have ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS. They overbook with no regard for their patience time

The staff is not too friendly, they do not follow up. Appointments are cancelled frequently. Not happy with this place

Terrible experience overall especially with billing. I've had to follow up multiple times even though it was billings responsibility to update their address change where insurance claims were not being sent to their updated address and want to slap a bill on for unpaid invoices. Terrible service very unorganized.

I have been coming to this office for almost 4 years. My Dr. Kazmi is very attentive and goes above and beyond to help his patients. I absolutely appreciate all he does to help me. I have never felt rushed. They have a great team of doctors here. I will not go anywhere else. Also Hani has been a great addition to his team. She makes sure patients get their referral and appts, and is very courteous to the patients.

This place is the worst I have ever seen in a medical facility. Very unresponsive staff from the doctor to the people working at the reception office. I think is run privately because is very hard to find appointments within Montefiore staff, but regardless they should work on having better service for their patients. I wonder how do they get the credentials to operate and even to check on doctor’s qualifications. Zero STARS for this medical facility.

I am writing this review especially for Hannie, she is such an amazing person, we had to look for the MRI reports which were apparently were faxed to the office, but couldn't be found. Hannie is such a dedicated employee of this place, she promised me that she will call me to confirm if she has received the reports for MRI or not from the hospital. And guess what Hannie stays in the office half an hour etc just looking for the paperwork and didn't go home till she found them. I was so surprised to know that, that she stayed back even after the office was closed to look for our MRI papers. I mean seriously I have never seen anyone going out of their way this much to do something. Thank you so much Hannie, you are amazing

This office over books patients! Always crowded & late! Good luck with receptionists or reaching someone it is a mess in this office. Just called was put on hold & then called disconnected.

Mahmood Kazmi was terrible. I sat in his office he asked me to explain what I was dealing with then proceeded to scroll through his phone inattentively to me. His follow up questions were answered if he had listened in the first place. It took a month and half wait to see him and a day off of work for this 5 minute experience, for him to refer me to someone else.

I will not be seeing them any longer. You have to wait an hour or longer after the time of your actual appointment. The receptionist at this one were never rude, but the office they have in the actual Montefiore Hospital close by was very nasty. On her cell phone chatting away when she was the only receptionist there. Took awhile for her to sign me in, & said if I bother her more while she is on her cell I will not be coming back there. Seriously? Nasty receptionist who even said she was the boss receptionist. I was told on the phone when making the appointment that they charge $20.00 if you are late to the appointment which is ridiculous cause I had to wait an hour anyway when I arrived only 10 minutes late. Luckily I didn't have to pay cause I heard they stopped that. Good, because a lot of people lost their jobs due to the coronavirus. It's very inappropriate, & uncaring of them. I will not be comin back again.

Been 1 Time and Have More Appointments, I'm Concerned About Nobody Answers the Phone. I Need to Ask an Question to Confirm About my Appointment

Please be aware. Shamefully, this man is a fraud and needs to be audited. The IRS needs to pay this completely unethical "operations" a visit.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. For the last 2 months I cannot get through to my doctor. I receive no call backs from all the messages I've left. The staff and receptionists are beyond rude and nasty to people and no one ever answers any of the phones. I cannot even get a refill on my medication. Looks like I have to find a new neurologist who is responsive. Don't understand how doctors allow this and do this. It shows and tells alot. HORRIBLE PROVIDER AND OFFICE. I would not come to either office, find another neurologist.
