Rego Bagels, Queens NY

The 1 star is only because that was the lowest. We always come and spend over $40 and the spanish cashier called the teacher talks rudely. She'll ask what we ordered then be wait I'm not even paying attention to you. From what we observed she only does it to hispanic guests and once approached by a white person she'll be polite and friendly. Your employee should show more empathy and humbleness to your guests. The only reason we still come back is for the quality of your bagels not to be looked down or treated poorly.

I placed my breakfast almost every morning on phone for a bagel with butter and jelly and smoothie and they messed up my order they will charge for butter and jelly but they will forget to add jelly and every time I tell them they say it won’t happen again either they can’t read from the receipt or they can’t understand but it’s fine to charge money

I was in the area, and decided to try one of the bagels from Rego Bagels since this place had great reviews. I have to say that I'm glad I did. I ordered their everything bagel with plain cream cheese, and it was delicious. It was fresh, and its texture was just right. This is definitely a bagel place I can recommend.

I’d give 0 if I could. First, they charged me $2 extra to slice 6 bagels. That’s obscene. Then I displayed my Foodie Card on my phone and gave it to the cashier, who not only failed to give me my 10% discount, but actually took it upon herself to select which card from my Apple Wallet to use. Oh, and the bagels are mediocre at best

The food is amazing but the way this guy with airpods on treats his cashiers is uncalled for.

Not satisfied at all. I specifically asked for ONE EGG with spanach. The guy in the front said yes we can make it. However, I received multiple eggs with greasy bacon. I asked for whole toast it tasted like cheap bread. I will never come back it's disgusting. My daughter ordered Peach smoothie nasty. I would give zero stars.

I am so sad because I actually like this place… have been coming here for about two years & I have been getting their bagels/smoothies and small pastries but the bagel they gave me today had green mold…. Service is great tho (even tho sooo many ppl come in and out to order or pick up food)

Always the freshest bagels. I appreciate the efficiency and always pleasant way staff handles our orders. Great service and great value for your money.

Me and my co worker decided to get a bite to eat we work night shift at the local post office and so we arrived at the rego bagel we ordered what was available on the menu we weren’t in the mood for breakfast so we ordered a chicken wrap the employee seemed annoyed that we ordered a non breakfast meal. He gave us attitude and stated he would charge my co worker extra for a sandwich with cheese. I don’t know this gentleman’s name but he’s short Hispanic wears a hat and had a mustache. He needs to learn better customer service perhaps next time we should go to rego diner up the block we may get treated better.

The bagels are always fresh & tasty. Hands down the best bagels in Queens. Always friendly staff!

Just ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.it was so tiny like literally the size of a 6 inch at subway and got charged $11 for that.also got a microscopic chicken salad with like 3 pieces of chicken & the total was $28 for both.still hungry.no joke. Total rip off.whoever left positive reviews for this place is delusional.p. S.stop forcing your boys to leave undeserved reviews for you.reviews like "omg best bagel place ever. $13 for the most pathetic Lox and Cream Cheese bagel I've ever seen. Then they charged me for lettuce and didn't even bother to include it. Never again
