Relax On Cloud 9 Health & Wellness Spa, Staten Island NY

I paid $90 for a 45 minute Swedish massage and received a 35 minute massage. The masseuse was competent, but I felt like I was on a conveyor belt and perhaps she was already tired. I won’t be returning or recommending.

Had a wonderful experience today with Maria. I have been going to Cloud Nine for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised to once again have a new person provide an exceptional service. This from a person who doesn’t always welcome change. I truly like this place.

I went in for a lymphatic drainage massage 4 days after surgery… i called before going in to make sure this is something they know how to do, they said yes. I was told to lay on my back during the massage which you’re not supposed to do after receiving a BBL. I went with the flow but had a bad feeling that they didn’t really have a clue about what they were doing a few minutes into the massage. No oil was used to rub me… after receiving liposuction on your stomach you def need oil to be rubbed. Barely rubbed my shoulders. And shockingly DID NOT TOUCH MY BACK which was a main painful area… I was reluctant to leave a tip. My boyfriend booked this massage but I will be going elsewhere after this.

I had an excellent experience today. From the moment I walked into the door and greeted by the sweetest receptionist to when I got into the massage room. I had a prenatal massage with Logan and it was amazing! 10/10 highly recommended his hands had perfect pressure for me it didn’t hurt or make me uncomfortable one bit. Extremely professional!

The place is beautiful and relaxing feeling, my husband had gave it to me as a gift last year, I was so excited cause of the ratings, well the person who did my massage was a young looking kid and it was not a good massage at all. I went with pain and I left with the same pain it’s like I never even got massage. Wasn’t happy about it especially because he paid a lot for this and it wasn’t worth it.

From the time I came in the front door the place had so much charisma and very nostalgic. It was so serene. The beautiful lady at the front desk so respectful and professional. Met the owner she is such a beautiful ️ lady. The 30 minute facial by Salomya went well she kept me in engaged in conversation and my face feels so refreshed. Recommend to anyone

Claudia was great. I loved the ambiance of the room and she was very attentive to the areas of my body I wanted to focus on. I look forward to going back!

I have been going to cloud 9 for over ten years. I like the professionalism of the staff. They try to accommodate your every need without making you feeling ashamed or ackward. I love it.

The waiting room was so warm cozy and comfortable. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. Claudia's voice was so soothing. She was professional and her services helped me tremendously. I've already scheduled another appointment. Thank you for your offerings. I've already told my friends and colleagues about Cloud 9.

From greeting to end the experience was wonderful! I'll definitely be visiting again soon!

Relax on Cloud 9 is the best on Staten Island. Peaceful, relaxing setting. Claudia is the best!
She always asks if pressure is ok during the massage. I always have a wonderful experience here!

You are treated respectfully by everyone from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. You leave your troubles at the door. Even a 30 minute massage is like time frozen. Especially Claudia and Logan.

When getting a facial treatment I always ask for Marie. She is friendly and professional and makes you feel completely comfortable. My blood pressure must go down at least 20 points. I highly recommend Relax on Cloud 9.
