Reliance Travel and Professionals, Brooklyn NY

I went to 2072 Bath ave, Brooklyn for TLC fingerprinting and the woman who works there was horrible to us, people in the waiting room. Most people didn’t speak English properly and wanted some clarification about their appointment from her, she just yell at them to sit down. Outrageous. May be that’s how they treat people from where she comes but in America every human being deserve respect especially a paying customer. After taking the fingerprints I ask her what is going to happen next (First time getting fingerprinted), she didn’t even answer and when I asked her again, she just told me I was rude to ask questions and to “just leave”. This woman should be trained on how to deal with customers or get FIRED.
She is so nasty that anyone will do a better job than her.
Don’t go to this place, there many better fingerprinting offices in Brooklyn.

When I went to fingerprinting, they took me quickly and handled my fingerprinting faster. There where great people as well as a good place.

Everything is good but, why you are not answering the phone calls?
i have to come to the location and ask question like that?

I usually don’t really leave reviews but, this place so horrible that people should know about it before they go. Don’t waste your time and energy, go to professionals and get your things done. I wasted all day here and at the end wasn’t able to get fingerprints done!

The Owner was so Rude, trying to kick out customers and telling not to come here. As if people went to her house, customer service should investigate this place!

We went there for fingerprinting, extremely rude staff, she verbally abused us, no professionalism, the owner explained everything in the reply except that we showed front desk the payment slip which had the code and also the professional behavior was reaching the peak when lady called me "haramzadi" which is am urdu verbal abuse and she was not polite at all

TLC must monitor this place and monitor its dealings with customers because they are not committed to appointments and may make you wait an hour from your appointment

Zero star! Indus lady doesn’t know how to handle with customers at all. She is so unfair. Their system was down and my appointment was at 11: 10 for fingerprint and I was there by 11: 00. They made us wait till 2 pm and said our system will
Not be working today you can leave and we will call you if it works and will serve you first I left and hour later I’m getting a call from them and said come back system is working and I asked if I have to wait or I will get my service done according to my appointment time, they said Yes you won’t be waiting. I came and she said I have to wait and passing one person from now and one from in the morning. The Indian lady who is fingerprint worker was so rude to me and passed the customer whose appointment was at 12: 30 although it was my turn and my appointment was at 11: 10 am, because, I asked them why did they call me if they don’t serve me earlier than others!
If you can’t serve customers properly and fairly, close IdenToGo service here or just teach your workers how to behave and speak with clients properly and respect other people’s time. It was my first and last time!

The manager is rude, unprofessional person. She will yell at you. Also, humiliate and insult you. Don’t do business with her. Bad experience… I would give less than 1star if there was an option

My mother had an appointment at 4: 30 for her fingerprints. This is her experience: First of all, it took so much time for a fingerprinting. Second, when she was finally done, the code that was given to my mom wasn’t working, so we called to the agency that send us to this place to get a new cod. The manager/front desk indus “lady” started to yell at us, telling us to go away, and wait until 6 other people done their fingerprints and only then we can go try a new code. Of course we disagreed because the new cod was already at hand and who in this world starts to give a service to a different person before you finish with a first one? Moreover, we are not the only ones who had a problem with the cod in this day. Why they gives us the codes that don’t work? It seems that the manager took a pleasure from her “power” to treat people in such a terrible manner. Very, very, very rude and unprofessional service.

I am really really thankful to you for your time and for your kind behavior to us it was not easy for you in Ramadan to work but thanks a lot I really appreciate.

I go there for my paper work and tax return and i gor graet experience every time such a great office.

Great services, best expert advice and very polite and friendly dealing I recommend all friends and community to get help in applying NADRA card online and in other matters like to fill any immigration form etc

I came to Reliance office to change my address on ID card the lady helped me was so nice. She explain me everything.

They said we will be open on Black Friday - and then put a sign updating system closed cost me a huge time loss and travel cost trip, not Efficient, unprofessional, phone is dead
