The best property management company I've ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. They call back right away, are so friendly, and informative. I will never live in another building not managed by REM again.

Absolutely incredible. I thought I had seen it all- but a good management company? They exist? If you're on this page reading my review- you've come to the right place. Live in their building, hire them, go to their office and befriend them, whatever you can manage to do to get these people in your life- do it.

We have been tenants for nearly two years in a flat/building managed by this company. Everything was well maintained, the staff was always nice and responsive, professional and easy to communicate with. Their website offers convenient online rent payment options etc. Would definitely use them again, as tenant or as landlord.

Everyone is so sweet and beautiful. Wow what lookers. More importantly, so knowledgeable and helpful!

If I could follow this company to Antarctica, I would. Living in NYC all my life I've only seen slumlords and horrible management companies. I never thought I'd see the day where my property manager and the entire company actually cares about me. I made an amazing change for my life when I moved into an REM building

What an amazing company. I was living in a building managed by a company that was awful. We had rats and insects all the time and nobody gave a damn to fix it. I've been living in REM's building now for a month and ive never seen anything like it. I'm from LA originally and even there the managements are trash. I hope if I ever have to move back I can take REM with me.

REM has always exceeded our expectations when it came to the servicing our condo unit. Maintenance & service of out unit were professionally and efficiently handled proactively by the affable REM team. Ad hoc requests were dealt with kindness, speed and efficacy. The team is truly professional and what I consider "best in class" for the industry. I recommend REM without reservation, and would expect considerable gratitude from those to whom I refer the organization.

If I could give this property management company zero stars I would. I have been a resident of one of their buildings on the upper east side for two years now, and the past 6 months have been nothing less than pure hell. We were faced with lack of heat, lack of hot water, leaks, and a building so ill-maintained it is laughable (If I found this even remotely humorous). Now some might argue this is understandable in a pre war building, they are in fact pre war. My problem is not with the issues themselves, but the way in which they were handled; that is unacceptably slow and with such an unprofessional attitude I was appalled. Never have I felt so taken advantage of and trapped. Do your self a favor and look else where. New York has a way of making us feel we must settle for living quarters, but we have rights as tenants, and as human beings! Good luck in your real estate ventures, and DON'T work with this company.

I have used R. E. M for 3 years and thry have been amazing to work with. The entire team from day one, through my leaving and them allowing me to break my lease one month early.
Rick, Rashaad, Yulia and everyone in the front office to those behind the scenes and especially Ali my super in 940 St Nicholas Ave. Truly great people. It felt like home.
It's brand new when I moved in and breathtaking.
Exposed brick and hardwood floors slate tile bathroom. And uptown close to the A, B, C &D train and about 3 blocks from the 1 train.
No complaints, very professional and always ther3 if you have questions.
I highly recommend them. They have many properties in NYC and can find YOU the perfect place.

REM Residential Is among the best in NewYork City. I've had years of experience as a tenant in one of there buildings and I Highly recommend them for their care of Buildings and people who live in.
I've had a few issues with my apartment and i contacted them, they are easy to reach and very fast response, simply the best management team in NYC.keep the good work.

"Ciao bella" is what I hear whenever I walk in to pay my rent. Love them and the buildings they manage.

They are on the ball with everything. Even though i do not have the ameneties in this building that are offered on Park Avenue such as 24 hour doomen. I have round the clock concierge service with REM. They make everyone feel like they are on Park Avenue.

The team at R. E. M is not only knowledgeable but everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The best in the field! Highly recommend!

In fact, she is a breath of fresh air. We have embarked on a major renovation and Lara has been in charge from the outset and very hands on. I would highly recommend R. E. M.to any board.
