Seems I’m not the only one thinking the receptionists are unprofessional. Every time I called or in person at the Dr office, these receptionists are being rude and impatient, they need better training and to learn how to treat their patients in better way, but I have to say Dr Cai and his assistants are very detailed and patiently answer all the questions, the only drawback is their receptionists, hope Dr Cai can find out a better solution

My mother-in-law was a patient of Dr. Cai. It only took a month from diagnosis to surgery, and her concerns were quickly resolved.
Dr. Cai and his team are very professional and patient. Dr. Cai only sees my mother-in-law going to his clinic alone every time. He calls me every time he helps her to see her, and patiently explains and answers our medical questions. My family is so grateful for everything they do!
At the same time, I am also very grateful to the front desk of Dr. Cai's clinic - Ms. Mo. She has been following up on her mother-in-law's case and works very seriously. I remember that on the day of the operation, Dr. Cai came to me specifically after helping my mother-in-law perform the operation and explained the progress of the operation and the next treatment plan. I even went online to search how to use the smelting equipment, for fear that we wouldn’t be able to use it. Very careful and attentive.
All in all, this is a very caring clinic. If you have Dr. Cai’s professional needs, I strongly recommend you to go to this clinic.

Dr Cai is kind and listening to everything we share. My father has been done the hernia surgery with him, very professional and always spending time to discuss with my father about the lab report. The office is very busy and take little bit more time to wait but staff are friendly specially the surgery coordinator, she hear all our questions and does her best to help and respect my father. Overall I’ll highly recommend his office.

The waiting time is vary. I came many times with my family. The surgeon is very patience to explain and answer our question about treatment. One time we came in the morning, it’s crowed. Some times the later afternoon is less wait. Our family is appreciate what they did. The mandarin speaker staff is kind and nice. As a medical field worker, I really appreciate their time with patient. It is worth for the wait!

Dr Cai has been taking really good care of my Mom for the whole process. He is very professional and friendly. Especially during surgery, he turned on music and tried to help my mom to relax and ready for surgery since he knew my mom has high blood pressure. Also, he advised the staffs to send me message to alert me when the surgery is completed. He is very thoughtful. Beside him, his staffs are really nice and caring as well. I communicated smoothly with his staffs for the whole process of scheduling until surgery. Overall, it’s a nice and caring clinic for patients. I would recommend people to see him if you need treatments.

Horrible place! Never encountered such an unprofessional receptionist, through a couple of calls during the past days, it is not hard to sense that their operation and management is in a chaos. It might be safe to ask our family doctor to give us a new referral for another doctor.

I made an appointment, and the front desk canceled it and rescheduled it. For almost, 5 months, 3 times, canceled and rescheduled. The last appointment, I received a phone call from the doctor’s office, telling me that the doctor doesn’t work the part of the body that I have a problem. Please make sure you get the correct information the first time you deal with the front office. They don’t know their job.

I only met Dr Cai once maybe about 10 min. I don’t know him well at all, he was recommend from my other DR. Other DR employees very kind n take care all your appointments very professional way. But DR Steve Cai employees they are so unprofessional, very impolitely on the phone n at the front desk. They make me feel like I am homeless come for help or my insurance not good for them. I really hope DR Cai step out and see and check what happen to his employees.
