Dr. Chan is the most amazing primary care doctor. As a cancer patient transitioning into survivorship, Dr. Chan has provided a level of care and empathy that I really needed to deal with changes in medication and need for specialist referrals. Her team at the clinic also works really hard to minimize wait times and coordinate followups. I also really like using the iClinic app and how Dr. Chan and her team centralizes documentation and appointments. Also want to give a special shout-out to Rosie, for coming in to check on patients and bringing a smile to my face every time I see her.

Dr. Chan is a professional and caring physician. She provides straightforward explanations for her treatment plans/ recommendations. She responds promptly to calls/messages. It is a plus that she has weekend hours. Her office staff is efficient, friendly and helpful.
