Pizza soggy, cheese fell off, no sauce. But the crust.the crust would make me buy another slice

One of our family favorites. Classic pizza, delecious and large portions. And many, many amazing options for desert or take-home. Prices are also fair, and you can expect this to be a great family friendly environment with polite and helpful staff! Also very clean during our visits!

Decided to dine in, and it was probably the worst experience of my life. We showed up at 6: 15 and after we ordered $50 worth of food, the cashier said “Just want to let you know, we close at 7, so you should have enough time to eat before then. ” We also ordered a pound of boneless wings, and asked for half BBQ and half garlic. Right after the cook said “You know, you can’t order half and half right? ! ” The cashier then argued back that their shouldn’t be any issue ordering it that way. So we awkwardly sat down and waited for our food to come, which took about 20 minutes which was fine. But at this point, we had less than 20 minutes before they close so we had to rush and eat our food. My father in law went to use the restroom and we were picking up our food, and the cook rudely shouted out “Make sure you pick up your garbage and bring up the tray! ” I have worked in customer service for 5+ years and I would never treat anyone like that, especially to my customers in a business setting. I will not ever go back here again due to how awful my family and I were treated.

I don't eat meat, didn't order meat, but got meat on my meal. It was incredibly hot with no A/C and there were flies from the doors being open. Things have gone downhill a lot in the last 6 months or so.

Stopped here for pizza with the kids. The pizza was awesome! Great toppings and crust. Called ahead and had the pizza ready for us so it was cooled down (highly recommend). They also had a nice dessert selection for the kids after pizza. Staff was very friendly. Will be back for sure.

Great food and friendly staff. Renna's is known for its pizza, but they also have excellent subs and even dinners. They have a great fish fry on Fridays. And of course their gelato and baked goods for dessert are very tasty too. The restaurant has plenty of room for people to be spaced apart too.

Went for the first time in 6 years and it hadn't changed one bit. Great service. Great gelato and cake.

Awesome as always! The guy rolling the dough was super friendly and smiley even though he was busy as all get out!

I took my sister out for lunch at Mia Gelato. We went to order and the woman was obviously in a bad mood. She was nice to me but had an instant dislike for my sister! (My sister is the nicest person in the world). The woman screwed up her order.we waited and waited! This experience was so bad it was funny.never again.

Twice now I have gotten two extra large pizzas that were burnt. Crust was completely black and charred. For $42 you would think it would be edible. I’ve learned my lesson!

This was my first time ordering with them. I wasn't impressed. (1) Fish Fry: Fish was a decent size but no flavor, the batter was a bit undercooked and tasted like grease. You'd be better off getting your French fries from Burger King as the portion is small and again tasteless aside from grease. (2) Taco Salad: very little meat and cheese. Unevenly cooked. Lettuce was going bad. Did not get my side of sour cream. (3) Pizza Logs: Good, but no side of sauce.

I wanted to love this place because they are close to home. Unfortunately it was a bad first experience.

It had been a while since I have visited. The pizza was ok but not as good as it was before. The staff didn’t seem interested in being there. The bathroom was disgusting. The grime on the door was unbelievable. I would have gone to another place to eat if I saw how dirty it was.

It was very hot in the restaurant and they only had enough dough to make one calzone. Food was good

Used to be my go to place for pizza when I came home to visit. Extremely disappointed that not only has the quality gone downhill but the fact you can't even answer your phone during the times YOU set blows my mind. Unsat.
