Decent customer service until they have you as a customer then it’s HORRIBLE. Very rude and unprofessional employees, the manager Isn’t that great either. Go to another location
The people at this store, especially Jose, were incredibly helpful and patient to a friend of mine who was a customer here, and is sometimes quite difficult to work with. I applaud their kindness and problem solving abilities, I would recommend this particular rent-a-center to anyone.
Worker didn't acknowledge me at all, he walked around the store taking on his cell phone, not even a head nod or a "wait a minute" finger. Garbage service.
I'm so happy with this place, the furniture is fabulous, and the people that work there are outstanding, especially Jose and Katelyn, from the minute we went in there to shop until the day they drldelive it to us, outstanding.
