4My Fiancè and I will never go here again. So ridiculous that they couldn’t wait till the fifth. Unbelievable! We’re taking our business elsewhere because now we have to sleep on our old mattress with no frame. What a way to scrape the bottom of the barrel. More worried about money over customer connection.
Excellent customer service they are the best! The staff goes above and beyond for the customers I highly recommend the Johnstown store.
I was just in this location with my brother who was there to rent something i have to say hands down to the Store Managers and the rest of the staff they are very nice and funny and most definitely hands down have customer service 5 stars and yes there location did not have much in store but in the time of this Covid 19 stuff completely understood. Thank you Matthew Loveless and rest of staff for just being you!
By far the worst eatablishemt. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Aaron’s. They are much better. The lady who claims to be management in this rent a enter will screw you over. She completely messed up our due dates and set them to the exact OPPOSITE days we told her I get paid and when I told her that she said “well, you signed the paperwork” BY FAR THE WORST PLACE in Johnstown. Don’t give them your business!
