7If it is possible to give negative stars I would. Mike is rude and very disrespectful. He needs to be fired and someone better needs to take over. They take your money and make promises and then don't follow threw. I would rent from anyone else before I would ever rent from them.
Cool great job you guys are so good at the same thing you have a lot of people like that but you can get it to work for you.
Horrible these ppl in the Elmira location act like the the rent a center thugs I had to contact corporate on them. To where as now I do not want to deal with anyone at that location! One minute they leaving threatening vmail stating they just want the furniture they are not accepting my payments then they turn around and want to work something out. I’m only dealing with corporate. If corporate would like to contact me again I will deal with them only. Until then do what y’all have to do.
