Ty was excellent easy going not pushy at all. I went to the one in Westgate and it was not a welcoming comfortable setting but this RentAcenter is worth shppoing, thanks ty.
5 star service, i am treated like family. They have come and saved the day for me multiple times and they are flexible on the payment plans. Weekly bi weekly and monthly. Jonathan Ty and marqeem are amazing people. STAR as well i love this company and a the head of a multi million dollar property I have seen Guest service in the good and the bad. They are by far the best in the business!
Went in and immediately received attitudes from the employees not to mention while they were on a call with a customer with a bed bug infestation demanding to go get the furniture back. They seem to NEVER have anything in stock. This is a horrible place and they have horrible customer service.
I do agree with the other reviews if you miss a payment they do call you but the staff there is amazing very nice people and will work with you if you do miss or are late for a payment trust me
