Complete waste of money as a property manager. Impossible to get ahold of or to get to do anything. Even simply checking smoke detectors was too much work for him. Only thing he did right and consistently was send me a bill.

Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with finding the house that was the right fit for us! Never felt pressured to jump into something we didn’t love. Thanks again Rick!

I worked with Rick for several years, first as a property manager when I had to move out of state, and later when selling that property. He managed just about everything: finding tenants, fixing issues, inspecting the house, dealing with contractors, etc. I could trust him to bring problems to me, advice on what to do, and to handle the decisions. His knowledge in various areas of home inspections, safety, repair and code compliance was very useful.

When it came time to sell the house, his knowledge and ability to be an agent that I knew I could trust was also very valuable. The sale was complicated for various reasons, buyers losing jobs mid-closing, repair/remodel requests, eviction requests, a pandemic.but he stuck with me through it all and got it taken care of. He has a great level of integrity and the expertise to back it up.

Rick Paul is pompous and unprofessional. He has been stalking my facebook page for 2 days now simply because I made the mistake of publicly saying I won't do business with him. He's stuck in the dark ages, I do not recommend.

Edited to add picture of the "negative comment" I supposedly made and the first of his many responses to it. On a side note, not only is it SUPER weird and creepy for him to look up someones property because they said they didn't want to business with him.but how sad is it that as a supposed professional he didn't even do it right? That's not someone you want as a property manager.

As a first time buyer, I was really nervous and knew basically NOTHING about buying a house. Rick and Judy were absolutely fantastic! They were very responsive and answered my billion questions and helped me understand so many things. They helped my fiancé and I find the perfect house! This guy harassed people simply because they chose not to work with him. Completely unprofessional, sending unsolicited messages for several days. Disgusting behavior from someone who simultaneously claims to be the best in the area.

A great company that has great people! They truly care for thier customers. They are patient and want their customers to find thier home not just a house. I definitely reccomend them.
