Representative Brian Higgins, Buffalo NY

After an acrimonious separation from my federal government employer that was nearly six years in the making I was approved for a federal retirement through OPM in October 2019. I was unable to secure my benefits and had been without pay since December 2016. I contacted Mr. Higgins office in February 2021 and within three weeks my retirement and back pay was secured. I can’t thank Congressman Higgins’ office enough. I was almost financially ruined. His staff is wonderful. I’ll be voting for Congressman Higgins in October.

Had an issue with my passport and reached out to Mr. Higgins office and we were able to get the issue resolved and a new passport within a few days.very thankful to have someone like this who takes care of the people he represents

I was invited to have a Zoom meeting with Congressman Higgins and he truly heard our groups concerns. Thank you Congressman Higgins.

I'd give a lower score if available. I reached out to Mr. Higgins' office regarding a political matter. Responded with a form letter pertaining to a totally different topic. This is unacceptable for an elected official. I'll be voting for whomever runs against Mr. Higgins in the future.
