After my car accident in June 2018 I was referred here by my primary. I saw Sharyn who is absolutely wonderful. During one of my visits with Sharyn we talked about the benefits of prolotherapy with Dr. Strut. I was a little apprehensive about getting any type of injections but after my visit with Dr. Strut I knew that prolotherapy was right for me. Dr. Strut and his entire office staff are amazing.

Dr. Strut is a remarkable doctor who delivers on his promise to radically decrease his patients' pain. I was in a car accident about a year ago. After trying almost everything since then to reduce the pain, nothing help more than Dr. Strut who performed prolotherapy on me. I'm very thankful for finding him!

I have been coming to this office for months. I have been seen by 3 of the different providers in which all of them always listen to what I have to say, always ask how I am doing and always seem to care and try to help me. They offer things to try to help but they do not "force" me to take anything. I have never smelled dog urine or any odor either. Not sure what you other guys are talking about. They are very clean, If it wasnt I wouldnt keep going to them. The ladies at the desk are always nice and always dressed appropriately. They work with you to the best of their ability but it's up to you to do what you think is best with the options that are given. They are wonderful! Most people seem to have good responses and good ratings for them. The others, not quite sure what they are talking about. Keep up the good work guys. You are awesome!:)

First of all, I want to thank ALL of the staff. I really appreciate the help you provide as I go through this difficult time in my life.
Sharyn, please know that you have been great. You have been very productive with assisting me with referrals and with anything that I need. Thank you for listening.
The facility is always nice and clean. The staff presents very professional and accommodating. Though my visits will end, RES it's people like yourselves that offer intentional kindness and care that I will remember forever. Oh, thx for asking about my family.

The office is horribly ran! I have two stars because Karen Pellicore was amazing. On the downside the office staff took over a month to get a hold of me to schedule an appointment and even then it took an email from my current Dr. I've called several times in the last week's and they promise to get back to me but never do. The office staff seem to not care at all for the patients they serve and make you feel like just a number. Completely unprofessional with how it's ran.

The medical providers here excel at not only treating acute and/or chronic conditions, but also work to resolve the underlying issues either at the office or through referrals to other specialists.

I brought my boyfriend to this establishment after a car accident where he sustained injuries. They are good doctors, but, completely unprofessional. The waiting area smells horrible. Like old stale pee. There is a dog in a separate room. (Possible cause of oder) The bathroom is gross (also maybe cause of smell) and as if that wasn't bad enough. Thjer receptionist is barely dress. Wearing a tank top. Where everything is just hanging out. So very unprofessional. Just yuck!

I experienced extreme pain & called RES. They initially gave me a 1oclock appointment for the same day. But then called back & got me in right away. The staff is extremely professional and Dr Strut is super knowledgeable and showed empathy & helped me, Super appreciative because alot of doctors and nurses Lose empathy because its what they do day to day. He has been in this field over 20 years and was sympathetic & empathetic. Car accident, back problems. Ect. He cares. RES!

This doctor was very unprofessional I can not believe how he talked to me today. He automatically called me stupid, a drug dealer and stressed to me how Americans can not count. What a way to help a client.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and really knows what is what. Also is very helpful and really wants to make you feel better and give you a better quality of life. Prolotherapy is really working and I’m glad I came here and met DR. Strut. Anyone who wants to feel better should give this place
A call!

Extremely unprofessional, went there for two years was treated like garbage from the start and by the time I left was still being treated like garbage. They are just medication pushers thats it. They dont care about you personally just your money.

I went for my first appointment and I waited over an hour. I end up seeing a NP not the doctor. Then they tell me not to return because I didn't have any recent testing done. I don't recommend them.

After being under the care of another pain management doctor's practice for 12+ years my treatments began changing and not for the better.
I choose to have an initial appointment at RES for a second opinion primarily. I finally felt as I was being treated as a human being again, and not as just a drug seeker.
My previous NP was very rude and lied to me about a medication (a muscle relaxer, mind you) that it was no longer covered by workers comp, and if I still needed it I'd have to go through my PCP. I followed up with my attorney and found that wasn't the case, she just didn't want to prescribe the medication to me. She went on to say that my comp adjustor told her to remove this med from my daily regimen, which also was a fabricated lie.
RES wrote me a script right away after my explanation of the facts, and showing proof as to how bad my spasms are. They didn't change any of my other meds, and even offered information on alternative therapies, such as MMD. Every 28 days I'll be given an appointment so I don't lapse in my medications. I'll also be drug screened which isn't a problem whatsoever.
If you're on workers comp and live in the Western NY area please consider giving RES a try; even if its for a second opinion. You won't be sorry.

JUST ANOTHER PILL PUSHER. My niece went here after a VERY minor traffic accident where she was NOT seriously injured but her "attorney" sent her in. What kind of place takes referrals from lawyers hmmmmmm She has NO real painbut somehow is on all sorts of pills and Medical Marijuana? Really. People out here with cancer can't get pot. Ut she can. NUTS. I will be calling the state board to have them investigated. Scumbags wanna get rich on addicts.
