5Understand what you're getting when you come here. The paying fields are in good shape, and grass is mowed. However, there are no bathrooms or garbage cans. The walking trail is wide, right next to the water, and very quiet. It is also laser-straight, gravel, with no benches, bathrooms, or garbage cans.
Not for handicapped fisherman long walk to were you can get to all big boulders for non handicapped
Unassuming park is a truly hidden gem! I'd passed it an entire semester and vowed to check it out, not truly 100% familiar with the area. Thinking it was mostly a trek up a hill to a lookout point alone (which would have still been nice) I was pleasantly surprised to discover a path encircling the water intake.
Quiet and serene, I encountered no one when I went, it was like you were in your own little private retreat. I will upload some photos later. Definitely worth checking out!
A very quite and peaceful park. My dog and I enjoyed ourselves, thoroughly.
This is a hidden gem of a park. Great field for playing soccer, and the hill next to its is a nice spot for snow sledging.
