Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Midtown East

Rooms were small but I think that's because of its location. Location is perfect and there are lot of things to do near by. Staff is corteous and really helpful!

Good hotel for the price. Obviously due to construction it was loud and disheveled but the people who worked there were very nice and helpful. One of only a few hotels that had two queen size beds. Everything was clean and the kitchenette was surprisingly well stocked.

I switched rooms four Times the first room was dark because it faced a wall the second room had weed in the ac/heat unit that made the whole room smell like weed and black stuff on the curtains the third room was dirty it had mold in the bath tub and crumbs and a piece of plastic on the floor, and the four room why is it very small with a small TV no sitting chair and face wall management was very rude and I was told they did not have a corporate number and then when I asked for cleaning supplies they refused to give me cleaning supplies and told me that they did not have any for guest.

The Residence Inn Midtown East is a very solid option for a hotel in New York at a fairly reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is consistently very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is ok - not gourmet, but servicable. My only complaint is that breakfast can be very crowded. Location is convenient to Grand Central.

Was not an overnight guest YET I joined my friend who was a guest to the free breakfast and it was great lounging areas are comfy and staff 2qs nice. I would recommend

Great location but the beds could use an upgrade. Was there for a week and liked the full sized fridge. I appreciated that everything was clean but I can't get over the uncomfortable bed.

This is a very good suite hotel that's a 5 minute walk from Grand Central Station. My room had a king bed, a full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, etc. It was very big for a single room in midtown Manhattan. Very clean, and I did a double take at the low price. Also, a very good complimentary buffet breakfast.

Very kind, friendly, and nice staff.not only the front desk staffs but also the door men or housekeeping men. One night when having a conversation with the staff at the front desk, she gave us ice cold water bottles because my wife and I were having so much sweat after walking through downtown in summer humid condition.this may be just a small thing, but we got big warm-kind hearted feeling. This hotel is an oasis in the city called “BIG APPLE” where the place filled up with rude people anywhere.

Great full breakfast, good location, helpful staff, tiny-tiny-tiny rooms labeled as "suites".

Luv the room which had a roof top. The bed was nice and the little kitchen they had. Bathroom was nice. Their waiting area is lovely

I'll say the one downside first. There was only one elevator for the entire building.
Our room was very clean. Good downtown new york view. Breakfast was par for residence inns across the country. The bellboy was weirdly nice. I sat waiting in the lobby for my girlfriend, and the bellboy acted like he was getting one hundred dollar tips from everyone. He must really like his job.

The suite is still relatively small but good for 2-3 people with the sofa bed. Location and sery are great. Good for a weekend stay.

This hotel provides free wifi and free breakfast. Service is good and the location is suitable for sightseeing.
