The staff, breakfast selection great and heat in the room excellent. Nice accommodation and business center for printing is an asset.

We booked a suite room for 2 days, unfortunately our neighbors next door were the worse.music and party all night, bad words and so much more.
I felt unsafe and when I contact the front desk (Twice) they sent the security but nothing happened.last time I called front desk they suggested me to call the police. Really Do I have to do that or it is your responsibility as a hotel? Never again.
It was going to be a hotel for every month since our daughters are going to be for 4 years at Fordham University but never again.

Plenty of parking (if lot is full free use of garage C located at the hotel)

This place was great. Went for a volleyball tournament with my wife and daughter. The place was super clean and smelled amazing. It was convenient for our travels. Dunkin Donuts was attached to building. Along with Applebees. I would not recommend going to there to eat as service was lousy. But the hotel crew was.super friendly and very helpful. We stayed 2 nights and plan on coming back again.

This place was amazing as the other locations have been. Friendly staff and a onsite bar topped the amenities!

Ok. So upon check in everything seemed to be on the up and up. Nice atrium decor. Go to our king studio. As soon as I walked in the room had looming smell of urine. Up a quick sweep of the room found a huge ROACHROACH. Went down stairs to reception the receptionist was unapologetic to say the least. It’s late I just paid $250 for this room and all you do is ask me do I want another room. No thanks Sis. We are outta here. NASTY NASTY NASTY.

Friendly staff, very nice lobby, and very well maintained rooms

One of the best places I have stayed at. The room was extremely clean and the furniture and carpet looked new. The beds were very comfortable indeed.

I was not and raised in the Bronx. Joined the Air Force at 17. Here on a visit with my wife and I can't believe this service and hotel in the Bronx. Outstanding!

It's the best place to stay and live, anytime you are traveling or vacationing, morning noon or night. The place very clean, the staff is amazing.
They have breakfast every morning real breakfast no artificial foods out of the box.

Travel for work stayed here 13 weeks. Every staff member was professional and friendly. ALWAYS. They Lobby was always clean and fresh, something was always going on in the hotel because it's New York. Convenient location for walking to market and grab and go. The only reason I give four and not give is because housekeeping was inconsistent.

The hotel was great. Stayed there a few times. The hotel was clean. The housekeeping was late in cleaning the rooms at times but, Bianca at front desk was very excellent and accommodating. Jose in security was great and helped me out as well. Great service.

Love the suit I stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Shower water is hot unlike some places which are lukewarm. The staff shows good customer service and hospitality. Would revisit and recommend.

Great hotel in the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Place is a gem. Very helpful and pleasant team members. Large rooms. Nice lobby. 10 minute walk to train.

Affordable rates. Pleasant front desk staff. Nice ambience on the first floor. While my stay was okay overall, I did run into two problems - 1) the TV and electrical outlets didn't work, so I had to be moved to a new room, 2) $170 for incidentals for a 2night stay was charged to my credit card. In the end, they did rectify the problem and was apologetic.

While in New York to visit the Met, our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much. We can't say enough about the front desk and the rest of the staff. So helpful and kind. We have no complaints. Even the security of the building was excellent. My wife and I took the stairs down from the fifth floor one even, which may have been out of the norm for them. We were met at the bottom by one inquisitive security person who directed us to the out door, but indirectly recommended all traffic should move through the lobby. Everyone in the building was extremely approachable and informative. We will definitely be back here soon for our next visit to the city.
