Very comfortable place away from home. The staff where very friendly and helpful with any requests. Only thing that was annoying was the shower water never really got hot, water was always luke warm

Everything is great about this hotel I came here with my kids for the pool and they just don’t have a pool no more I paid my money and everything I think the internet and them should let us know when things like this are happening not happy at all

I booked a suite for my family (fiancé and two kids under 3) at Residence Inn in Yonkers, NY and the room we received was terribly cleaned with a horrible smell! It smelled of smoke, the kitchen floors were sticky, the bathroom was filthy and the carpet was not clean. I made the front desk aware and they switched our rooms and the second room we were given had a similar smell and was not clean either! This is extremely disappointing given the cost of the room. I refused to let myself and my family sleep at this hotel and we checked out the same day! Even the hallways smelled and were not clean! I would never recommend this particular hotel location to anyone given its condition. I don’t think we should have been charged $205 for a room we didn’t even stay in due to the poor condition and filth smell of the hotel!

Worst hotel service we've ever given. Downgraded on check in. After saying we should have been contacted before check in about our room not being available the manager claimed to have tried to contact us earlier. No missed calls, no messages, no emails. This should not be a way of running hotel business.

Nice room with everything you'll need during your time away from home. I highly recommend you bring drinks and snacks to put in the fridge. No stores nearby if you want something early morning or late at night. Large fridge, microwave and stove to keep your options wide open.

I just want to say I’m very disappointed with the Marriott Company. My family has been staying at Marriott for many years any time for business or pleasure.
My mother member and I is also member as well who I joined last year but after this I am no longer don’t wanted to be anything affiliated with this company. I made a reservation online back in early July for August 14-16 every year my family and I like to do a huge celebration to celebrate all the family members who were born in August so this year we made a reservation at the Marriott Residence Inn hotel in Westchester County. So last weekend on Friday around 2: 45pm I called to confirm my reservation I couldn’t get through to anyone in so I spoke to operator. When I spoke to the operator to confirm my reservation She confirmed that I still have a reservation but I still need to come in even though I checked then I asked her why do I need to come in if I already checked in she express it saying that I still have to come in to check my ID and my bank card and if I don’t come in by 3 o’clock I could lose my room. So I race over there to find out that one of my room was not even ready and to that that wasn’t even true they didn’t need to check my ID and my bank card to see if it was me do you lady in the front Dess apologize and express that oh that “we have new people they don’t know how the rules work so you have to give them time. Don’t worry come back around five or six your room should be ready I’m here until 11pm. ” So I confirm that my room will be ready between 5pm and 6pm she stated Yes ma’am and gentleman that was with her also stated Yes, as well don’t worry you’re fine just come back and again we’re sorry for the mix up. So I come back around 6pm like I was told then same young lady who told me to come back was like oh I tried calling you and emailing you. Which at the timeI didn’t receive it and she said yes I emailed you at 4: 01pm explain about your reservation mind you I just left that place around 3: 55pm. She or the guy never once told me that I know no longer have a room and they put me into a different hotel across the street they don’t even have the same amenities and the rooms are very smaller sizes than what I originally asked for. Offer me a $20 discount which that’s not a discount they were very rude, inconsiderate, and nonchalant about it they had no compassionate young lady just stated she called and I wrote the email explaining situation and I was like but why didn’t you just tell me when you seen me the first time? Her response saying that I reached out to you through phone and email so I ask her to confirm my phone number and email the email was correct but the number was wrong. All she could tell me is that they were all booked/sold out that’s why we put you over there we’re giving you it’s a discount you should take it we’re sorry call the manager in the morning him and you can file a complaint.
The way that they were talking to me you could tell that they’ve been doing that for a very long time when I spoke to the assistant manager the following next day he sent his apologies said he give me points. But points don’t do nothing after I brought over $100 worth of groceries that weekend so I could cook for my niece and nephew that was the whole point of me staying there because that their rooms suites come with A full refrigerator and a stove. It was not about the money it was about the simple fact is that you could just be completely honest about the situation and give me time to prepare see if there’s other options but she never gave me other options or time. She kept playing this game and I have to keep running back-and-forth. Later than night I checked my email and it turns out I got the email at 4: 20pm and it also doesn’t state NO the explanation.if you’re wondering my family didn’t stay at a hotel even though they booked a reservation a month and advance they end up staying at the other hotel cross street because they overbooked.

When we lost power my husband decided to give them a call and we made a reservation to stay there. The price was excellent. When we got there the location wasn’t bad, the place smelt very good and everything was very clean. The service was okay. Wish the bed was a little more softer lol but it was still comfortable! I also did recommend to a worker at the front desk to have some garbage bags or any bags for the rooms. If anything I would go back there and also recommend it to other people as well!

Not clean enough and to much wait for complete the request. Requests that was requested upon arrival. The staff in front desk was unfriendly. I cancelled my reservation and just stay one night.

Though with the shutdown there was no services as far as food or room cleaning do to Covid19 I enjoyed my stay. They did a great job of keeping the place clean and friendly. They are always greeting with a smile and solve any problem I had even helped me find my food that was delivered at the wrong hotel. I travel for work and it is very hard to find a long term hotel that is clean, friendly, and has all I need such as a kitchen. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Cereal, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, two types of sausage, oatmeal with toppings, a mini waffle maker, yogurts, breads and pastries. There is parking on site, which is always a plus. Staff at the hotel were all friendly.

It's an amazing place if you don't mind the ride to the city. The rooms are incredible, you can live there and if you don't have to, you'll never leave the room. They'll do your grocery shopping, laundry, everything for you.

We had a family meeting in the room, and there's space for at least 5 people more.

My Social Security Card was delivered in the hotel and somehow it was lost. Never order something to be delivered during your stay there

Room needed upgrade. I stayed using point. I don't know if I receive the old worn out room because the stay was free, or do all the rooms have scratched up furniture. The thermostat didn't work so the room was hot and the airconditioner wasn't working. The breakfast was the best part if the stay.

1st time at a Residence Inn and we were pleased with our stay. Comfortable studio suite, good and hot breakfasts included. Make it yourself waffles were great! Large pool for a hotel, spa pool could have been warmer.

The Mirage Residence Inn by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County is an attraction outside of the Mirage Hotel. It goes off about ever 15 minutes. It is great fun. It is crowded and if you don't want another person shoulder to shoulder with you skip it, but if you can handle that, you will enjoy it and it is worth the 15 minute wait. It is free (YAY) and it explodes like a Residence Inn by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County. It may sound silly, but it is great fun. Enjoy.

Belle propriété
Très calme

Attention toutefois à votre jeune agent à l'accueil qui ne connaît pas la "politesse". Il a servi 3 autres clients en préparant notre check-in.pas top de se faire passer devant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Very clean & organized. It made me feel at home, very cozy. Great breakfast as well. I only have positive things to say about the Residence Inn. I will definitely refer my family & friends to your establishment.

Horrible! They just updated their photos to reflect the real size but when I booked the 2 bedroom suite, the photos made it look seizable. We had large flies and carpenter ants in the room and it had a musty smell! YUCK! Also, expect parking issues after 7 pm, there will be no where to park! Never ever again and whats even crazier, I use to send my clients to various Marriott hotel when their homes were uninhabitable, well now they will not get my business period!

Excellent location and perfect rooms for our Extended Stay. An unfortunate situation brought eight of our family members together. Luckily, we were able to all stay in the same Hotel and plan our week together. Lovely accommodations which make you feel as if you are home. Easy on and off of the highways. Lovely Hotel staff which were more than accommodating.
