I couldn’t do no stars. If you are thinking about having them to install windows in your house don’t do it they are not installing them in properly. After time your window will not work properly then it is your problem. I have done building for years not able to do it any more but I would not install 2 double windows and a triple window in 1 hour and fourth five minutes. The contractor looked at me when I asked if he flash taped the windows. They don’t use flashing they only chalk it. Over years caulk cracks and Rory’s out the wood because it was not flashed He acted like he never heard of flashing tape. They come slap the window in and leave to get the money. Don’t care about workmanship at all.they were just going to cover it up so it looks good but not put in right!

I called on 5/19/2021 to see if they sold single pieces of glass to replace a pane in my door that cracked. While they do not offer the single replacement panes that I was looking for they were very pleasant to talk to and directed me to another local company that could help me out. I appreciate them taking the time to help me find a solution and will keep them in mind if I need windows, especially since they are in Guilderland.

This is the second time we have used Residential Specialist and they are terrific! Mike, Dan, JT, Bob, Bob Jr, Doug and Vincent are the nicest, most-detailed contractors we have had. The finished product is gorgeous and everything has a lifetime warranty. The team was independent, asked questions as needed and cleaned up as if they were never here. Highly recommend this company!

3 weeks and our 17 windows and brand new siding was up! Wow! Absolutely beautiful job! It’s like we have a brand new house! Love love love! Extremely professional and courteous! Tell them what you want and presto.it’s done! Thank you so so much!
