10 Absolute bad place,
No one is working, 5-8 hours of unloading,
If i could i would give it negative star
A little over 4 hours to unload
Had three people unloading
Definitely needs better management

And it was looked upon by management whom did nothing.
I showed up 3 hours earlier for my appointment (8am) for delivery appointment was set for 11am. I was told they go by appointment times Only kool. I waited which was kool came back @11 and still waited until 12: 15 to get offloaded to add salt to injury it 2pm and still no paperwork but I’m off loaded and missed my appointment.keep in mind this place is empty today
Always happy friendly staff sometimes the lines are a little long but it's a good place to go
Dress warm because this store is 1/3 freezer (meat and dairy department). It is great to shop here because they have every food and restaurant equipment available. We haven’t found a better deal anywhere else in wholesale quantities. Haven’t had a too busy or too crowded day as yet. They are very efficient in getting everyone in and out quickly.
We traveled here and like restaurant depot products but the customer service is terrible. We got yelled at by a cashier and when the manager came over he said “if you don’t like it you can leave”. This is not what should happen at an establishment. We were prepared to spend $300-400, but instead left to go find a better place with good customer service.
Great store absolute life saver sometimes and prices are fantastic. Staff and Management are very helpful
Wholesale restaurant supply warehouse. Wide selection @ great savings. Memberships available. They just offered passes to the public.
I had a delivery in this location. Members are disrespectful. They don’t respect truckers. I went inside to check in and i had been standing by the door for half an hour and nobody helped me and when i asked forklift drivers for help they literally ignore me like they didn’t hear me. Otherwise, they were quick to unload.
