After waiting a while, the process of being examined went quickly. The whole care team is caring and professional. Very impressed by Dr. Chowdry; conservative approach, clearly explains options, inspires confidence.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I would recommend the practice to everyone

Quite thrilled to go to your attractive new office here in Ithaca - rather than fearing an out of town trip! Can only hope that your communication with the referring office will be thorough too.
One complaint however must be noted here.
After the injection treatment which left me pretty blurry for several hours rather than the short period after a more typical dilation I was not warned to come with a driver! My husband was with me but no longer drives. He was a good navigator!
Will be back in a month!

Everyone is professional and pleasant. Appointment wait time is minimal. Doctor and assistants explain everything they do and make sure you understand and are comfortable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Rosenberg and staff were all wonderful. I would rate 5 stars if not for the horrible lighting in the entire facility. Being light sensitive, I found the bright white fluorescent lighting absolutely jarring. I would hope that RVS would install a dimmer, softer lighting system soon. Thank you.

Getting the first appointment was a bit of a chore, but once there I was taken right away. All the staff were friendly and professional. The equipment was state of the art. I was most impressed by Dr. Chowdry: great “bedside manner, ” easily communicated my issues, was reassuring. I left feeling confident about his care.
