Theresa Setter gave me peace of mind when my skin exam turned out OK yesterday - hooray! All the professionals who have helped me at Revitalize! CNY are brilliant! I recently had two surgeries there and everything went perfectly, and painlessly!

From consultation to final treatment, Kiersten Turner, not only has the medical credentials but she offers a pleasant and professional experience. I'm 63 years old and Kiersten provided fillers around my lips to minimize the bothersome wrinkles and enhanced my lips for a beautifully natural look. I'm so very pleased! I highly recommend Kiersten and the services provided by Revitalize CNY.

I have been seeing Theresa on/off since 2018, so I was nervous about changing to someone else for my filler appt. Kiersten, however, did an excellent job and just exudes confidence. I am VERY happy with the result!

Julia is wonderful for cool sculpting as well as other services. She makes you feel comfortable and is very competent. The entire staff at Revitalize, (I mostly work with Theresa, Julia and Kiersten) are very professional and skilled. I highly recommend and trust them 100 percent. At Revitalize, you have the advantage of being treated in a medical based practice with qualified and experienced professionals, rather than a "chain aesthetic" spa with less experienced staff, less oversight, and lot of staff turn over. If there is a slight cost difference it is definitely worth it!

Heather is amazing for laser hair removal. Do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation. It is the best thing i've ever treated myself too. It doesn't hurt at all, so don't be scared. She is incredible at walking you through the process!

Heather is amazing with the laser! I was worried it would be painful, but it was a breeze and she talks you through everything and makes you completely comfortable!
And Kiersten always makes me feel like a million bucks with my Botox and threads. I especially love that no one at Revitalize tries to talk you into or sell you anything. They listen to what your concerns are and they educate and share what options you have to address them. I trust them completely with my skin!

I have had cosmetic and dermatology services here. Both are excellent. Between the kindness and professionalism from the staff to the quality of the services this office is fantastic. All the clinicians and aestheticians I have experienced were extremely helpful and the quality of microneedling and botox injections are unmet. Not only do you have the same clinician doing your cosmetic procedures, all of them are artists in their own right. That is not something that can be said about every clinic.

Referred to Revitalize several years back by my surgeon, I feel his trust and judgement have proven themselves in the level of care I have been receiving. A visit here is always a pleasurable experience, and Teresa has my complete confidence in her judgement and skill.

I have gotten CoolSculpting done here twice. Once with Theresa in 2021 and just recently this year with Julia! They are absolutely fantastic and very professional women. They make you feel very comfortable from the consultation, the procedure, and the process afterwards. They are always there if you have any questions and the receptionists are very welcoming! You ladies are incredible!

Amazing staff! Amazing results! Theresa and her staff are hands down the most professional. I have tried a few places and never felt completely comfortable. At Revitalize I’ve seen both Theresa and Kristy and can’t say enough about them. Nothing is pushed on you. They take the time to sincerely listen to your concerns and don’t rush you out the door. I’m extremely happy with my results.

This is the only dermatology and cosmetic procedure center in Syracuse that I trust. Every employee shows empathy and is caring towards patients. They are by far the best.
