Bro took like 10 minutes doing stuff behind the counter before he would attend to me wanting keys made

Horrible “service”
Not respectful enough to put his personal phone away while talking to a customer when I came here to ask some questions.
If you have a shop you’d better pay attention to the customer needs and their questions and don’t mumble your own thing repeatedly. Close this location #BenjaminMoore because no way I’m repeating this experience

The owner needs some manner lessons. Extremely rude and aggressive. Has no value for customers and no common sense. Ruining the brands reputation. Doesn’t deserve your business, find another location.

So, the first thing I want to say is that the owner of the store is so rude and disrespectful. When we came back to ask why the paint on the wall looks completely different from the sample in the store, he started acting crazy. He started screaming in me and my dad. When I told him to stop talking like that, he screamed louder, cursed and showed his attitude. I saw such situation for the first time since I came. He needs some medications or treatments. I was really scared. He was about to slap me at the face. Be careful with that store.
