R&G Brenner Income Tax, Spring Valley NY

I have had my taxes done by Linda Lopez at the firm for a number of years. She has always been very efficient and professional. The office is very organized. Most of all they take care of my taxes and address all of my tax issues. Lonnie Stafford

When I walked into the office, I was greeted by the secretary and given a sign-in clipboard
I was given an appointment because it was still Covid 19 restrictions. When I returned,
my temperature was taken as before, and I saw the tax preparer almost immediately.
Oh, I left my tax papers the day before, so it was ready for me to sign with a few questions
to answer before signing. I was in and out of the office in 15 minutes. All my questions were answered as if She knew what I would ask. It was a great experience. Don't forget your ID and Credit Card. By the way tax preparer Ms Linda Lopez is a Pro. Thanks. See, you next year

Very very poor service.im not gonna recommend any of my friend to go to R & G Brenner spring Valley. I used to pay 200 dollars and now they raised the fee and they didn’t inform me. After she had done with everything she said 400 dollars. Seriously! They supposed to tell me before.

Been dealing with Linda for over 10 years. She is the best. Will not deal with anyone else. She is patient and knows my whole family. She is like family.

We were sad regarding our returns, but Mrs. Lopez took the time and broke it down to us and assisted us to better understand the new federal and state income tax policies and laws.e. We received our returns the exact same day.

Courteous, friendly, inexpensive service. Check. Local and close to home. Check. Expedient. Check. Worth it? Double check. Plus you get $50 for named referrals, which you can then pass on to them if you wish. I was satisfied.

I stopped going to R&G Brenner in Spring Valley NY because the preparer Linda was the worst I ever dealt with. I had to pay back state taxes twice. I never understood she didn't do my taxes correctly and she would never see me again.

I've been going to RG Brenner for 4 years already.
Its just the most pleasant place to go. Making an appointment is easy. Customer service by Cindy is awesome. Friendly, efficient and quick.
Linda Lopez is a superstar at what she does. She cares so much about her clients and has a smile and lots of patience to answer any question. I've referred many friends, including Spanish speaking friends.
I highly recommend you to go and you will see for yourself why you will send your friends there as well.

Linda in Rockland County is great but the prices for a normal tax return of $400 is ridiculous for anyone to pay. I will not be going to R&G Brenner anymore after this year. This is my last year.

My husband and I have been going her for 20 years or so. Linda is the best! She answers all our questions and she takes her time to explain everything to us. Love the family feel of the office.
