Rgh Lab Service Center, Irondequoit NY

I've been to this office several times. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Each of the techs was very good and professional. I have no idea why they have received any one star reviews. Maybe it's a case of people being there at very heavy traffic times or not wanting to have blood drawn. But I have no complaints and I'm kind of a nudge!

Waited over an hour to find they skipped me because they misread my phone number.

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They also made elderly people wait outside without a structured way to get them taken care of in a timely fashion.

Went in today to get my blood test. I mistakenly forgot to bring all the paperwork required to get the lab done that my doctor required. The woman that greeted me when i walked in was very great with guiding me through the checkin process and without hesitation called and had my information faxed to their facility in order to move forward. I am not the type of individual to go to doctors often and would openly admit that i am ignorant to anything that has to do with doctor or medical industry.very happy she took the time to update some information.when I finally had the blood drawn i didnt even feel anything.very skilled and professional facility. Thank you so much for your extra effort and understanding.

If you get Maxine it's your lucky day. She is the best. She's cheerful, efficient and professional. It was over before I knew she started. Always a very short wait in the morning before 8: 00am. Great place and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
