RH Rooftop Restaurant New York

Its a chandlier palace. Big spacious tables. Very elegant ambience. The salad was superb, the fries were yummy, the burger was delicious. A bit pricey in the end but sooo worth it.

The service honestly put this place as 5 stars for me. Food was great but it really was the service for me!

Disappointing experience. The food came out before our drinks which was unsettling to say the least, the food was average at best. Hardly ate any of my meal and the waitress clearly noticed but didn’t seem to care. Such a shame because the venue is amazing.

RH Rooftop is a great spot for brunch or dinner! I love the ambiance and all the chandeliers. I was pleasantly surprised about how good all of the food was, I loved the shaved Ribeye Sandwich and the salmon was great as well, both were very filling and cooked to perfection!

Took the family into NYC for a day trip and had dinner at RH Rooftop. The restaurant is quite beautiful with crystal chandeliers at each table. The furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. Our server, Rachel, was excellent. Impressively, the servers worked as a team. Menu was simple, yet delicious. Wine list was quite varied and reasonably priced. We had a great bottle of Chateaneuf Du Pape as well as several really good glasses of whites and rose at the start of dinner.

Perfect place for date night! Highly recommend if you are in the area and if you can come earlier hours you'd avoid wait.

I wish I could give a straight 5 stars!
However, I'm a sucker for a good cocktail & dessert. Unfortunately, they have just a couple of options for drinks (and a good wine list) and no bar. The rose cocteial was really good, I have to admit. I had 4. But what's worse, for me, no dessert menú. Just a couple of options of gelato and a chocolate chip cookie that was so hard, I could barely bite into it. So that was a big letdown for me. Now, ambiance, service, and food were really good, and I definitely recommend it. So, if you are not picky about drinks and dessert, you are good to go. I'm for sure will be coming back.

The place and atmosphere is excellent. It is located on the Roof Top of the furniture store. Very good service.

Beautiful location and wonderful ambiance. We only grabbed a glass of wine but the selection was good.

This place was amazing! Great food, amazing service! We had the cheese board, lobster roll and burger and I can’t wait to go back!

Today, my friend and I visited the RH rooftop and initially had a great time enjoying the food and the atmosphere. However, our experience took a drastic turn when we realized that my friend had left her bag containing all her money and identification at the restaurant.

Upon returning to the restaurant, we were told that there were no female waitresses on duty during our visit, despite our insistence. After a lot of back and forth, one of the female waiters informed us that she had handed the bag to the front desk. However, the front desk initially denied having the bag, causing a lot of distress.

Eventually, after my friend caused a scene, they miraculously 'found' her bag. This entire ordeal was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled awful.

As a result of this experience, I have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future. Additionally, my friend missed her bus stop due to the unnecessary delay and inconvenience caused by the restaurant staff. The lack of accountability and the unnecessary stress caused by the staff's actions were simply unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering a visit.

Excellent place with a very good view if you eat on the terrace, and if you eat inside it is very pleasant!

They kicked us from restaurant because we just want to take few pictures for the birthday party. Even we just want to take pics on the stairs.

Good and atmosphere was great, but no liquor (only wine and beer) and we were 10 people and they had us on 2 separate tables…but overall it’s very nice place

Loved the atmosphere and the service, however, they do not serve liquor. Also, some of the items from the already limited menu were not available. Other than that, if you want to experience the NYC dining vibe, this is the place to visit.

What more can I say. This was me and my girlfriend third time here. And each time it seems to get better. Last time we had reservations for 6: 15pm. We arrived at 5: 45pm. We checked in and sat down to wait for the next available table. It was about 5: 55pm and we were approached by the manager. I apologize I couldn't remember he's name, but he offered us complimentary champagne to excuse the wait. Which I was shocked seeing how our reservations time wasn't even up yet. Little gestures like that go a long way. The entire staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Truffle fries are a must. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu to be honest.
