I still cringe at how dissatisfied members of my family and I were with this firm. Reading the responses from the owners about verifying identities, which seems like private information you shouldn't divulge as a reputable institution, and saying "we don't recognize your name so please contact us directly; your review is wrong/not credible" is peak gaslighting, and most of all, unprofessional. What if some of us don't want to disclose our real names - shouldn't lawyers know the power in the disclosure of names?

I won't disclose names (unless you respond to this review and try to gaslight potential clients into thinking that "this name doesn't correspond with any clients represented by our firm") but one of the lawyers expresses herself with such an incredible amount of disdain & dismissiveness. Her interactions with members of my family and me left such a bad taste in my mouth to the point that I still think about it years later. On top of all this, these types of interactions were enacted at a time when our entire family was sensitive in emotions, which is why even though I hesitated in leaving this review, my moral compass will not let me stay silent any longer.

Kindly let me know if you'd like me to corroborate any of my claims; I will gladly oblige. Please expect a post-edit and an updated review if you respond in a way that diminishes the real pain my family and I have been through. I hope you can consider that some of your responses, coming from a law firm, are incredibly unprofessional, and are also part of the reason why I'm leaving this review.

All of lawyers at this law firm are so knowledgeable and professional. Mrs. Rha, Mr. Grossman, and Mr. McIlwain have their own specialties and know how it would look like. They provide possible scenarios and help the client make an informed decision. They bring the best results even in tough cases. If a person is looking for an experienced lawyer, I would definitely recommend this law firm.

No recommendation for Jenny. I’m not happy with how she handled the case. She pushed this case to a junior lawyer who was terrible in negotiations. I basically had to push him to try harder. They don’t try hard enough. They don’t work hard but live off of client fees. For them it doesn’t matter how much or little they try. They just get paid no matter the result.
