I have been coming here for years. The doctor treats you like a person, listens to you And explain things to you. The staff is friendly and professional.

I can never get through. He left me a voice mail on 6/21 to undergo a procedure to remove kidney stone. Called back more than 10 times and left voice messages but no response. I have the same symptoms and pain but no response from the office. Feeling sick and helpless.

My experience was excellent. The way they examine things and treated me with respect made me feel very comfortable.

I have only great things to say about Dr. Ricciardi. He’s the best and his bed side manner eases my nerves every time. He’s not only a great Dr but a great surgeon. I refuse to go to any other Dr and choose to travel to his office in Queens even though I moved to Long Island. You won’t regret choosing him for your care.

Unhelpful doctor by all means.left my dad in pain for 3 months after promising the procedure would work.now he is undergoing prostate surgery after being told it wasn’t a prostate problem by dr ricciardi.
