My Mother passed away recently at over 100 years old. She had an end of life contract with Keenan Funeral Home. Our family found Keenan and particularly Kelly Keenan highly supportive and responsive to our unique needs. Our situation had an additional complication in that my mother did not reside in New York State at the time of her passing. This meant that Keenan had to scramble to deal with another out of state funeral home and that state’s legal requirements.
Then of course there was Covid to work around. Keenan arranged to upgrade their online services to accommodate us. At the last minute, we changed our minds to satisfy family preferences. At every juncture Kelly made herself available and flexible in meeting our needs.
We are extremely grateful to have had Keenan Funeral Home’s courteous and supportive staff to help us at this transitional time. With gratitude and appreciation we highly recommend their services.
