Dr Kowal has consistently and substantially reduced or eliminated my lower back pain. He has significantly reduced the number of flare ups I have had, and when I do have one (whether from twisting the wrong way, picking up something the wrong way or otherwise), he provides relief- even when it might take a few visits and time for complete recovery, he eliminates the worst of the pain quickly. He is very gentle- there are no sudden jerks of the back that give many chiropractors a bad name. He is a great chiropractor who works hard to understand your pain issues and ways to address them in light of your lifestyle and particular circumstances.

Dr. Kowal is a caring and skilled chiropractor who has worked wonders on my aging back and shoulders. As I got to know him, I learned that he treats several of my friends who feel as happy to know him as i have been.
