Staff has noooooo idea what in their store. They are very willing to help when you ask for an exact style#, but when you ask to show something similar, they tell you- no idea- look through yourself. I hope the owner is aware of lazy staff.it's not one, but I had experience with several ones, even calling on the phone, they are not willing to "go out of their way" by looking in the system or using at least half of their brain cells.
My husband had there same experience with them. We are trying to avoid this store as much as we can. Not worth of giving them any business (we are an interior design company)

Very bad experience. They showing to you one item and giving different. Waste my time and money. Strongly not recommended

Let me start by placing my order, they said it takes 10-12 business days and now it's already 19-20 business days and I didn't receive my item, now they say that the manufacturer didn't fabricate it yet,

I made a previous order from them and one of the laminate sheets was cracked, and I called them in and they said I will get one for free, they did not mention that I need to bring back the cracked sheet, so when I was in the store they said I need to pay even for that free one, they said you need to bring in the cracked sheet that we should give you one for free

Customer service is very knowledgeable, and friendly always willing to help.

My first visit to Eveready was for a Festool training event, and I was happy to see a place that not only stocked Festool's product lineup, but had a dedicated space for product demos. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. It will definitely be my go to place when I need new product. The space was large and clean, and there was plenty of parking, not that I need it.

If you need anything related to Festool, this is the place. Why would you use any other tool is beyond me. With a knowledgeable, and friendly staff, you can't go wrong. Just wish I found this place sooner. Great job guys.
