My Relative who receives dialysis had the unfortunate experience of a 3 hr wait before being picked up. Because he became irate, as anyone would, their answer to his dilemma is to never pick him up again. If you are in the amb.service business know that your clients are sick and are bound to become annoyed after waiting THREE HOURS to be picked up. After dialysis one is very hungry and tired.be compassionate.be human. So if you do not want to pick him up again that is your choice And your right. But your answer to a indiscretion should not be to punish the offended party.

I've been flabbergasted this morning for one of your employees effortlessly has gone above and beyond at the very start of her shift. Literally just walking into her office answering the phone with what seemed to be a smile. The level of politeness professionalism understanding and patience she bestowed upon me was uncanning. I'm truly unfazed for what's to come next, for if this is the environment you've created, I am honored to be a choice. She definitely deserves a pad in the back, some type of recognition. You have definitely chosen the right face for your company. Thank you again for a wonderful start to my day
