Not sure why I still go to this bank. I guess it's out of pure laziness at this point. The one in eltingville is good and everyone is super helpful, but this location is miserable. I asked someone if they could print out a form for me because I don't have a printer (I was also depositing a large sum of money) and she just straight up said "no, we can't do that because of a firewall. " She didn't even bother trying. And it also doesn't make sense because I was emailing the document to her email! So her firewall blocks her email? I thought I was lazy for not changing banks but jeez. She didn't wanna lift a finger. Thanks for absolutely nothing

I don’t know how the above comments were made or who made it. This branch teems with arrogant; non professional and discourteous old women who are not at all helpful. They treated me like I have made a mistake walking up to them. They even don’t want to write a slip; check account details from debit card; counting your money and what not. I wanted to slap one of them when she said have a nice day in the most stupid tone; her luck that there was a thick mirror in between. These grannies should be baby sitting their grand kids instead of sitting in NYCB.

This is a decent bank, right now they have CD accounts for min. 5months at 2.4. Went inside to learn more about my options. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not many RCS. But if u live close by here good bank to sign up for.
