I highly recommend this place - the customer service is impeccable! I worked with Anthony and he responded to my emails almost immediately every time. The one door I purchased was obviously a very small order but they treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars. It was nice to be treated this way. RH Lumber supplied all the wood in my current demo / apt remodel. I had no experience in buying lumber before but Jason was excellent working with me to supply me with everything I needed - flooring, molding, custom shelves, etc. He was incredibly responsive to my needs via email / phone and even coordinated with my contractor to make sure everything was the right size. Great experience and highly recommend them.

The person I spoke with has no patience for quotation. To do business during COVID you must have patience to talk with customer over the phone. I wish good luck for their business.

Called the store to find out about a specific brand of decking board, which the manufacturer lists Richmond Hill Lumber as a distributor. The person who answered the phone said "we don't have that, we only have (another brand) ". I hen asked what is the price for the other brand, the rude guy on the phone just bluntly said "sir, pick something out and call us back". If you go to their website, there is no way that they have products listed on their poor excuse for a site. For that simple experience they deserve zero or negative star is it was available. Obnoxious, rude representatives. If you do not want to help potential customers do not work there, or just do not answer the phone. I will NEVER buy from Richmond Hill Lumber. I will substitute for something else but will NEVER go there for anything.

Richmond Hill Lumber is a family owned business and they care about the community. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the industry. I highly recommend them.
