Rico Pollo reviews
23The food is great here. Only thing is they only accept cash. Time to upgrade and get that card machine.
Great food but workers can’t differentiate between pickup and delivery. Went all the way to restaurant for no reason
It has great selection of food. Really good and tasty. A lot of people go to order and take out food. If you want you can dine in now.
Spanish soup good. My prefer is chicken soup. Octopus salad ok too much onions and pasta with shrimp is as per my families.
The best rotisserie chicken in the world! Its always juicy and the extra juice that comes with it is amazing. I highly recommend this place!
I had Pepper Steak w/Rice & Black beans along w/a side of plantains & it was D'licious. The steak was cooked to Perfection & seasoned extremely well, I really enjoyed My food & so did My NYorkie
Egypt.
I love this food, everything is so delicious. They should delivery by seamless. I moved from Brooklyn to Queens and this food is the best thing I missed!
Used too be a 5 not anymore. And they should hire bilingual workers / employees no one in the restaurant speaks a word of English like they come of the boat from dr and they put them to work
My spot for Dominican food. If you're looking for that "home flavor" in This area of Brooklyn, this is the place to get it. The food is just amazing.
I found a hair in my rice and beans. I immediately called to advise the manager of my findings and he didn't want to hear it, he interrupted me halfway and got really upset and hung up on me. Very rude
Just went in to try to order. The place is relatively empty. But the workers kept taking orders from the people behind me. I waited patiently and even made eye contact and said excuse me several times
No dice. I cant guess as to why they ignored me repeatedly. Just go to any of the other dominican places in the neighborhood
Good food! Cooked right the chicken is out-of-this-world perfectly done! Since it's popular you may have to wait a bit for service but it's worth it!
Horrible customer service on the phone. The women that i spoke to was rude and she mess up my order.when i got my order salad was old and food was not good.i gave this restraunt 3 more tries and honestly never again. I made an order and i never received it.these people are not trained well to take phone orders.
The food is always good it's been good since the first owner. The table service gets 3 stars but the food is worth the wait
Food is good. Unfortunately the wait time is long. You have 6-7 people working behind the counter. Also i don't know if they have an air conditioner because it was very hot in there.
Family place good food, I don't have any complaints about the service, but, on Sundays you have to wait about 20min.for a table.
Great Dominican food located in shopping area Ridgewood Queens NY.
Not a fancy setting but plenty of seating. Waitresses are friendly. MTA L/M train to Myrtle Wyckoff Ave.
With all the Money they make You would think to invest in a BIGGER place, But GREED Does That, overall it a good place to eat.
This place has the best roasted chicken and fresh hot food to go and to dine in as well. Their prices are great, customer service is awesome, the only downfall is that they only accept cash no credit or debit cards accepted.
If I could give less than one star I would, asked for management and not a professional response, person in charged was very rude and said if I didn't like the food to shop somewhere else. Called to advise not to use old oil when frying, clearly you can tell the oil was old. And they do use prepackaged chicken wings which is frozen. Staff not wearing headdress, or gloves. Food never prepared the same way. Lost us as customers, if customers give suggestions take it don't fight with them.
