Ridge Hill reviews
10IT'S a great mall to visit to eat shop and be entertained.lots of parking, And even living space,
Had to make a quick stop to get some provisions yes sir they got Stew Leonard's over there they got good food
A fun place to go to. So many shops, so many restaurants, a nice movie theater, an urgent care nearby you could attend as well as some doctors appointments available, and also there are other fun adventure activities for kids as well as wine painting (bar + painting classes). My favorite is the movies but i love it all! Ridge hill is an amazing place.
Parking is difficult to manage. You have to pay by smart phone only and use a credit card. If you go to the movie you can get a credit but only if you can reach their app through the internet. If you go to the movie there is a picture placed under the lights that is laminated, you have to shield your phone from the light in order to get the web page to activate. Very poor system to have for validation and probably one of the reasons people don't go to this location as much as they used to. Staff in theater also confusing with information.its like they trip over each other while each person has something different to say about what you have to do with none giving you correct information. I can't imagine Ridgehill doing a good business when people can't navigate the parking payment app.
Ridge Hill Lowe’s always has great house plants and once in a while if you are a plant collector you may be able to find a rare plant for a great price!
The Ridge Hill shopping complex provides a pleasant shopping and eating experience with a wide array of stores and restaurants. The stores range from large to small and cover sporting goods, clothing, fashion accessories, and grocery options including a large supermarket. Tjere is a very large movie theater with food and snack options inside.
Do not try to drive to your store- there are several parking structures covered by a web based self pay app- you need a way to charge the fee which is reasonable. (Be warned- you will be ticketed if you do not pay up- the app sends reminders if your time is about to expire and you can extend time on line.)
There is a Lowe's store at the mall with its own (free) parking. Check out mall's website for more information.
Always enjoy going to Ridge Hill. It feels like a small town all by itself. Stores are clean and inviting. The Cheescake factory is always busy.
Really enjoyed going to the Loews in that area.
I love ridgehill that's where Costco, home Depot, stew Leonard's, cheesecake factory is and more other stores
Terrible experience - cars and parking along the main strip of the mall, tiny and barely any signage about how to get to the second level of shops, and finding parking is a disaster depending which side you come in from. This place is like the new Cross County: destined to deteriorate.
The parking sucks. They gave me a summons. I went to the Apple Store and they told me not to pay right now because I wasn’t sure how long I was going to stay so when I get there to scan it again and that’s exactly what I did and when I got to the car I got a yellow envelope. I called it and said that it was a summons for not playing the parking.
They should explain it to you better or have better signs that says that you have to put a time and pay it.
